Pretty cool. Interestingly the engine turns backwards like a modern motogp bike "to counteract the gyroscopic forces of the wheels to aid in quick turn ins and directional changes". These Italian tractors are roughly half the size of American counterparts of the same era.
Thanks for this explanation, interesting analogy. In Italy we have ha a lot of different tractors, many are little. However, the fields in our country must be tens if not hundreds of times smaller than those in the United States...😅
@@Italiansupercarvideo They may be larger but the best tomatoes and grapes among other things are grown in Italy in my opinion. Small tractors fit the roads better there too, I would imagine.
@@upsidedowndog1256 Yes, that's right; we have small and medium-sized fields. Certainly, we have large terrains, but they are still little by American standard. This is the reason for the tiny tractors. As for food, I'm happy to eat what my country produces, to be surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, to have the Alps and a mild climate for most of the months of the year is an excellent situation to cultivate the land and generate quality products 😉
All'epoca ne costruirono circa 600 ma non so quanti ancora siano quelli funzionanti.

We take so many things for granted these days, like ... starting the engine...😊
You are absolutely right; we now live in such an automated historical period that it is enough to press a button, turn a key or type keys.
