- I'm on a quest to find the freshest seafood in Cambodia! We're going to check out the Kep Crab Market where blue swimmers crabs are caught and kept in baskets in the ocean until they are sold to be cooked. You can take them with you fresh or have a local cook them on site for a small fee. It's street food meets the sea.
