Really like the idea of a silent air compressor, mine are so noisy I dislike using them. Your videos amaze me.

It was a very good video, adding English voice make it even more effective well done my Friend🙌🙂
Do you measure how long it takes to reach 6 Bar, because I also want to do a similar project.

Thanks for the positive comment bro. It depends on the power of the compressor. Mine has medium power and raises the pressure to 6 in about 4 minutes. 👌☺️🍀

I'm looking to make something similar w having asmall quiet compressor a few different yet. Like back pressure in the compressor. And oil coming out of it whem pumping. I like the filter in the inlet side I was hoping to see how I could get the oil for cooling the motorthat pushes out with the air to collect and loop back to the inlet side. Kind of how it's done on it's original form? Looks good though otherwise. I'll keep searching.

You shouldnt have oil being pumped out. Look for the data sheet for the compressor model and it will tell you how much oil it needs. Replace the original oil with Shell Tellus 68 or an equivalent non-foaming hydraulic oil. Use a 50% duty cycle and never let the compressor exceed 100 deg C .

Very good. It will serve as a guide for me to build my compressor. If you were using threadlocker, I think you used too much. It will be very difficult to remove if any repairs have to be made.

You should be wearing some gloves when applying that paint remover.

For all that time effort and money you could have e just bought a used one for $30. And it won't blow because of crappy welds. But you have fun with your projects

Where the weld needs to be strong, it is strong. I have a lot of parts, almost nothing I spent on this project.
