I am really struggling here. I have a set of 2 year old twins girl and boy. For the life of me, concerning baby girl we can’t get past step 1 of step 1.(following instructions) Which is if I’m hearing correctly: 1. Look at the person 2.keep a calm face, voice and body 3. Say okay, or ask to disagree appropriately 4.Do the task immediately 5. Check back She will look but after the look there is the crying, falling out, running away, the saying of the “no” and etc.. Is there a video on strategies to use to get toddlers to keep a calm face, voice and body? Along with the other remaining steps.
Nicholeen, I love your system so much. I really dont want to miss anything. But I have trouble when listening to your podcast, can you guys talk more slowly?
