- Today I am presenting with you, Bater(Quail) Masala Curry. Quail was banned in India as it was covered in the Indian wildlife protection act. In the last few years, this ban was lifted by the government and now it can be easily farmed and can be sold and purchased. But still, its availability is very limited in the market. In this video, I am cooking these quails in a very primitive way that was used to follow by my forefathers. So let's get started, Bater Masala Curry.

हाईब्रिड पाला हुआ कोई फायदा नही जैसे कोकरेल , बोयरेल चिकन का कोई फायदा नही है । बस पकवो मसाला , तेल , नमक का स्वाद रहता है उसमे देशी नेचुरल ताकत नही होती है प्रोटीन की मात्रा ।
