  • Today I am presenting with you, Bater(Quail) Masala Curry. Quail was banned in India as it was covered in the Indian wildlife protection act. In the last few years, this ban was lifted by the government and now it can be easily farmed and can be sold and purchased. But still, its availability is very limited in the market. In this video, I am cooking these quails in a very primitive way that was used to follow by my forefathers. So let's get started, Bater Masala Curry.

    भारतीय बटेर इंडियन वाइल्ड लाइफ एक्ट से बाहर नही किये गए है। जो बटेर बाजार में बिक रहे है वो जापानी बटेर है।

    प्रिय आशीष जी आपकी पाकन विधियां उत्तम हैं। 'इजाफा' एक उर्दू/फ़ारसी शब्द है। इसके स्थान पर 'अभिवृद्धि' शब्द का प्रयोग उचित रहेगा।

    Bater bahut chhta pakshi hota hai isame chicken ki tarah dher masala aur kasuri methi ki aavashyakta nahin padati hai.
    Kuchh khade masale brown pyaaz namak kaali mirch adrak lehsun paste,kuchh garam masala butter ke saath Bater lajawaab banti hai

    हाईब्रिड पाला हुआ कोई फायदा नही जैसे कोकरेल , बोयरेल चिकन का कोई फायदा नही है । बस पकवो मसाला , तेल , नमक का स्वाद रहता है उसमे देशी नेचुरल ताकत नही होती है प्रोटीन की मात्रा ।
