This RNG Location appears in a World Reroll.
You will begin in the Location, Pathway of the Fallen.
When you follow the map, Pathway of the Fallen, to the end you end up outside in a courtyard area where you find three major components:
along the central path, a Monument building like structure with a locked door,
left side Hedge Maze with an entrance you can enter - open,
right side Hedge Maze is locked off - closed.
To unlock the Monument door you need the Memoriam Medallion Key quest item.
Killing the Boss, Wraithliege, rewards you Memoriam Medallion Key.
Use the Key to unlock one of two Monument door choices for Alternate Rewards.
Wraithliege is found at the end of the left side Hedge Maze.

Once you open one of the two Monument locked doors, the Memoriam Medallion Key is removed from your inventory.
You must reroll your World for a RNG appearance of this location again to receive the alternate reward.

Before entering the Monument, equip the Crown of the Red Prince (head armour)
• Remnant 2-Losomn-DLC-W...
when you enter the Monument, a hidden door appears on the back wall, leading you down into a Tomb where the Wife's Cremated Soul Ash item can be found (Wife of the King & mother of the Red Prince).
