Do you always get the heirloom shards as a first heirloom or is it random?
Yeah, you’ll get shards first before being able to acquire an heirloom.
I got my first heirloom at lvl 37 and I got octane heirloom now I'm a octane main with over 7k kills
I got my first hierloom at lvl 495 it was the lvl 495 free pack but i spent some money on the game for the battle pass and got extra packs with the bonus apex coins

Bro I'm seeing all these level 200s and 400s getting heirlooms whilst I'm sitting here on 380 with nothing and almost 300 packs open 💀
You can only complain once you reach level 500. Which was the max level for season 3-13 before the level prestige was added
