Do you have any questions on it or budgeting in general? 😊

Hi are we able to edit this budget tracker. It’s in PDF format?

@remofilwentsimane7051 Great question, yes you absolutely are 😊. The PDF has links that allows you to view the setup video that takes you through how to set it up, and on the PDF you select the currency you want that takes you to your sheet 😊. So the PDF itself links directly to the sheet you get 😊. Yes, fully editable 😊

Now that I am 41 and facing a job loss, I am reviewing my financial plan. What investments should I make with $425,000 set aside for retirement, $10,000 in an HSA, and a property that could generate an additional $250,000?

While seeking a financial advisor at this point is sensible, postponing retirement could be a more prudent option

Is it time for a career shift or should I consolidate my investments into a single account? If I go for the latter, how do I do it right, and what could be the drawbacks? Plus, with a $200K property sale on the horizon, should I combine my investments or diversify them across different markets?

These are crucial questions for a financial planner. I met mine at a NYSE summit, and with her help, my wife and I reallocated our $1.7M portfolio between a traditional IRA and a brokerage account. She’s been making investments with our approval and has helped us recover twice our losses. We’re holding steady and carefully navigating more markets

That is really great, my portfolio is not doing well. Who is this professional you work with?

June Renae Matthysse. Her performance is consistently impressive, and she’s a real name to know in the industry. Check her out

I've built myself something similar over the past year, it's an incredible tool for budgeting. I've also created a "goal save" graph that shows me a percentage completed, it is satisfactory to see it grow each month. I also use descriptions but I use it as an accountability tool, like how many quick trips to clicks was actually needed or where I could cut back more 😅

aren’t you worried about crashes? Or for our diversified portfolios it will never go down? Exxon mobil still my top dividend pick. and JNJ as a undervalued stock 😏

He does dividend stocks, bery low risk and slow growers. Crash doesn't effect safe stocks in the long run. He reviewed all his investment a while ago
