Wow, I am watching two episodes in a row! You are almost there. We all have a part we don't like much. Plaster is not my favorite, although I can say I am quite good at it. Painting, I hate. Especially when it comes to "découpage". The caulking you refer must be Latex. Very nice product for camouflage, especially around baseboards and the like. Have a nice 1st of July my friend! Ok, Super Dave. Yes, I did go for a 20km ride after I did some garden work, It was a great ride but the traffic was a little crazy! Church went well but I forgot to bring my fart spray so when I sit behind some older people I can play a joke. It's always good for a laugh, They start blaming each other lol. I think God must have a sense of humor? ( Please forgive me, Lord) The basement is looking great. I used to do a lot of drywall over the years and got pretty good at it. I do hate painting though. Bonjour Mon Ami, Thank You Very Kindly For Your OUTSTANDING Support Sir 👍😇Behind The wall that is not insulated is my man cave, the house was extended by 15 feet from the back so I did isolated the first 16 inch for cutting the cold coming from the outside part of the concrete wall. Yes That is a lots of work for sure, I just finish the first wet sanding and I'm burn ( need a break !!! ) this afternoon, I will do a 2nd pass of plaster filling 😇👍Still a long way to go, but I can see the light at the end of that long tunnel ( painting will be happening around next Thursday !!! ) 👍😇👌Happy Canada Day Mon Ami Cheers 🍻🍻
🫡 excellent way to grab attention with the salute. I have seen vapor barriers made of foil in Florida, but in Alaska they never use them. Interesting all the different codes and types of building. Spray foam was a favorite in Alaska due to its ability to fully seal out air drafts. The basement is looking great 👍

I add just a pinch of my famous prune juice to my plaster so it goes on very smooth! But sometimes it gives the plaster the runs!
