After watching 15x03, I hope Cas and Jack go off and create their own story. They are their own people. Sam and Dean can take care of themselves. Jack has to return obviously.
I hope Sam leaves to go after Cas to get him back. Just because Dean is done with him doesn't mean that Sam has to be too. Dean doesn't own Cas, and Sam didn't blame Cas for anything, unlike Dean.
