2024 World Juniors | U.S. Wins Gold Medal With 6-2 Victory Over Sweden

- The U.S. National Junior Team, behind goals from Isaac Howard, Gabe Perreault, Ryan Leonard, Rutger McGroarty and Zeev Buium, defeated Sweden, 6-2, in the gold-medal game of the 2024 IIHF World Junior Championship. It marks the sixth gold medal for the United States in the tournament all time.

I’m sick of people insulting the class of both teams, I’ll admit I’m extremely bias as an American but still, they are kids, and the crowd was pretty annoying, taunting a crowd isn’t that bad. And yea there was the fight but that’s just how it is at this age, there have been bigger fights in the world juniors before.

In europe the crowds are loud and cheering on their team, Something you dont know how to do in the US and canada and its a shame... You only there watching with no passion just staring... I rather watch a shl game then a nhl game because of the crowds. Ask any canadian/american player in the shl Who got the better fans, nhl or shl. No one will say nhl because you all boring..
