I went to a renaissance festival 2 years ago, and I stood under a balcony while they chucked glitter down right on top of my head. I even poured some water on myself to get it to stick. Every now and then, I find another few specks in my car. My costume took a month to get completely glitter free. Boys, you're going to be 80 years old and still finding glitter. It never leaves. Ever.
I worked at a renaissance festival for a few years, and the cast lovingly called glitter “craft herpes”. Lol

I live in Canada and we don't have any video restrictions so I watched this in upscaled 8k and the compression wasn't even visible.
@@benjaminrichard4966 trust me, the compression is visible, just not as bad as at 480 or lower.
You will literally find that glitter on everything that was in that garage for the rest of its existence. I got some glitter in my truck 3 years ago and I am still vacuuming it up every time I go to the wash.

qBittorrent v4.2.3 was released.
It contains various fixes from v4.2.2 regarding scaling on HiDPI monitors, some VPN issues and UNC path handling. Torrents with broken UNC paths will be fixed when you run this release.
On Windows, Qt 5.13.2 is used because of a regression regarding VPNs that affects RSS and Search functionality. Due to this, the scaling behavior on HiDPI monitors will be the same as in v4.2.1 too.

Minecraft does nor run on 114p, it runs on the resolution you would expect from any other game. It merely has an art style which is not the same thing as a mechanical restriction.

I'd love it if you guys could take each slow mo clip from the most artistic videos like this one and create like a 30 minute or hour long compilation video.
I'd love to be able to play a video like that in the background while I entertain dinner guests. Even if it was a silent video and I could just play my own music while the compilation plays, would be amazing. (I know lots of people play the Planet Earth series muted, with playing their own background music. Same concept.)

It may not matter how they upload it. Screen resolution could also limit how it's displayed. You have to remember that when you look at a video or a picture on a screen, you're not looking at reality - you're looking at an approximation of reality made up of pixels. There may simply be too much glitter to display correctly.

We can certainly look at higher quality distribution if the demand is there. I feel like videos like this would warrant it!

Bittorrent might be necessary for moving uncompressed footage. That stuffs huge and serving it probably isn't in the budget.
