For the seal around the "Sprocket Shaft" I like to put some electrical tape around the shaft so spring doesn't catch or seal doesn't get damaged. I haven't built one of these yet but plan on getting a Blaster Soon to build. Great Build 👍
You get that cylinder from Dillon? It's been a while since I chatted with him. I've got a bunch of Blaster stuff available if you are interested. All the big bore top ends and a bunch of other things.
It was one of my oem cylinders and heads but Swope did the port and rechambering work. Nick’s Vapor honing then cleaned them up for me. I’m not in need of parts today. Honestly I’m likely to have my own pile of take offs once I’m done :).
@@VermontLife I used to do machine work and shocks for Dillon years ago. It was good to see he got into doing more of what he enjoys. I haven't done much ATV stuff in a few years and need to thin it out. I have LOTS of rare and vintage Blaster parts, also LOTS of performance stuff for them as well. Things like LRD exhausts, CPI exhausts, CT top ends, Vitos top ends, Airsal top ends, stroker cranks, many good crankcases, etc. I was quite into it. Let me know if you ever need anything.

That’s an awesome idea! Funny how some things are so simple yet you can’t think of it in the moment :).
Keep up the awesome build! I’m about to build an almost identical blaster as you. You’ve definitely helped more than you even know. Keep it up boss!!!
That’s awesome! Glad these videos can be of help. More to come :).
43:19 “DEEZ NUTS” 😂 another great video! Keep it up 👍
That made me laugh. Yup, I said Deez nuts… :)

@BillyWillicker Wow that does sound like quite a collection of rare Blaster parts. I’ll keep that in mind.
@@VermontLife Any time. There is a bunch more than I listed as well. I'd like to see the stuff go to good homes.
@BillyWillicker I'd be interested in seeing some pictures and hearing some prices. I'm local in PA too.
