For the water, i selected the bottom layer, copeid the water, clicked the very top layer and pasted it there. From there on i had the top layer selected
I'm a bit confused on the usability of the images produced by Photoshop Generative Fill. I know that Midjourney images can be used commercially but it seems that Adobe is sayin that we can't use their AI results commercially while it's in Beta. When I check online, some people are saying that they are using it commercially and some are saying that you can't. Do you have any input on this?
I have very recently found out that while it's in beta, they are not approving it for commercial use. But there's a blurred line - no images created by AI seem to be copyrightable at least in the USA, so I have no idea what the law is, but to be safe for now, I'd consider not using it for commercial purposes, eventually it will become a tool you can use for that reason though.
@@WadeMcMaster Thanks for the response. I think I'll wait till things are ready for prime time as they say which might be sooner than we think at the rate things are moving.
I recently sent you an email and I'm unsure if you had the chance to review it. I would appreciate a call to discuss the details. Please let me know your availability. The mail is from Ancy
