An artist can unnoticedly chance its music style! He surely digs and got inspired in the original punk music, as also created his own (I'd say that's very honoring since nowadays we got many copycats in the music industry) besides whatever we call his music genre, punk, post-punk, new-wave, also a bit of country sometimes, pop rock... Doesn't matter, it's just the good music he always wanted to do, as if he wasn't king on what he does himself, he wouldn't get all this much if success. And also, we all must and had already admitted he's one in a few rock musicians that still does pretty good in everything he does currently (including quitting bad personal habits). Anyway, just let the guy dig his life and do what he wants and love... Billy deserves it. He got away from his family that didn't support his dream at the time just to accomplish it because he believed in himself.
