Salam, Let's remember that Persian cuisine is over 3000-5000 years old. It's a fragrant food, but not spicy. The persian civilization is one of the first civilizations in the world with that of Mesopotamia.
What's your point? There are many other cultures and cuisines around the world. Most of what is considered to be "Persian food" derive from other cultures such as the Indians, Turks, Greeks and unfortunately, Arabs. The Persian culture is also equally influenced and shaped by other cultures. Regrettably, one of those cultures gave the Iranians a religion which has destroyed their nation. I leave it to you to guess which one!

No we're here totally alive ,if its islam youre reffering to then you shall know that its the fastest growing religion around the world from Malaysia to Bosnia you have islamic countries ,doesnt mean ther destroyed, and yes a "religion " not a national culture , we have our own ancient culture preserved, such as pur Persian new year, Yalda, sizdeh bedar, 4shanbe soori ,Sadeh etc etc its the most influencuactually cultures are influenced by their previous cultures , when we have civilization as old as tge Persian (already mentioned in ancient Hittitie Mesopotamian and Egyptian inscriptions as a developed culture ), then you can't compare it with later cultures such as turkish ( which started to show up at its earliest peak, by the gokturks at the Orkhun Valley in Mongolia around 600. I am from Germany and was in Iran for 8 weeks 20 years ago and met many helpful and friendly people. Is it possible to describe typical Iranian food in more detail in the next videos? I would also be interested in the prices. I would also be interested in the outside temperatures, since some people wore coats while others strolled around in shirts. Great video, keep it up!
I think bearing in mind the number of questions you have, you should make another trip to Iran. You would then be able to taste the various food for yourself and gauge the prevailing temperature.

اين خيابان سى تير جاى خيلى جالب و وسوسه انگيزى است.
ايكاش براى جلو گيرى از خطر تصادفات ناخواسته عبور ماشين ممنوع بود . موسيقى و هنرمندان خيابانى هم فضاى سى تير را دلپذير تر ميكنند . كباب و گيتار ، تغذيه شكم و روان ! چه شود اين تركيب . 🤓
