This would include groups like WEEEKLY (whose main vocalist is on par with Yuri), (g)i-dle, Itzy and Everglow and Loona. Out of these Yuri and Monday (the girl from WEEEKLY) are the best so far (Though Minnie, Miyeon, Yuqi, Lia, Mia and especially Chuu aren’t too far behind).
I think there are three keys that make one great vocalist; 1. Ability to control (fake, flow etc) 2. Key (how low and high one can hit) 3. Tone of voice (likable to many, sounds good to ears universally) 1 and 2 can be trained by pros in some level, but tone is just talent or genetic matter Something one is born with. Yuri no need to say has them all. And Her tone is unique yet so smooth angelic voice. At least to me.
