Ramesh Sitaula, your suggestion i will take for future video creation.
Shear Walls are more effective at the sides of Building Structure instead of core wall at center
From Displacement point of view they should provide as long as possible as one instead of two short length structural wall in same line
Do not only provide RC structural walls (shear wall) only some of botom storeys because it may effect on stiffness and may generate soft storey so, either provide full from bottom to top or may go for other type of resisting system such as bracing or tube ...

Sir why you didn’t select the service load combination during the design?
Service Load Combinations are'nt for design those are for servuceability check only.
In my etabs 18, the rebar selection rules for the column is not present under concrete framing design. When I try to customize the toolbar and assign a new key to the selection rules for the column option it's still not visible under the concrete frame design. What is the solution?
If you are using ETABS V.18 then, after you done with Design.... Proceed to CSiDetail V.18 software there you will get this things....
for ETABS V.17 all those options are included in ETABS V.17 rather than CSiDetail V.17... but that thing is part of Detilling so in this latest version ETABS V.18 this option shifted to software CSiDetail V.18....
Solution is used CSiDetail V.18 Software If you wants to do detailling with software...

Sir, I am learning ETABS using ETABS 21 tutorial version and following your interesting tutorial vedios in youtube.. I successfully completed upto 6.17 lession and now I am in 6.18 lession. I am now facing a problem. ' START DESIGN/ CHECK' showing dim and not working. Please advice me how to solve the problem. with best wishes and regard , Tarak Banerjee
check material properties of your sections in model....
or otherwise is software installation issue, kindly reinstall software
I'm using Etabs 2021 not showing in rebat selection rules in concrete framing how to solve?
because now, CSi has separate detailing part in software "CSi Detail"
