This is the best meaning that I got: the holy of holies is the most special thing, it has God's presence, it's the Arc of the covenant. the ark was always praised by the levitical priests. In the New testament Luke teaches us that the ark of the New Covenant is actually Mary. You need to look up ark of the covenant and Mary. Catholics got deep stuff to say about it.
