Wow! Thanks for the tip on Posca markers, I have lots in different sizes and colours that I use with acrylic paint in other journals but I didn’t know the TN paper could handle them too - you’ve opened up a whole new world for me. Oh, the photos are wonderful to have 👘💕We had a mild Feb in the middle of the US. Our 2 dwarf apple tree were in full bloom. Yesterday tornado warnings for several states & now very chilly again 🤷🏻♀️💐
Beautiful spread, Mits! We have also been getting a lot of rain in Nagoya. We had some cherry blossoms coming out, but not all of them. I hope that all the rain doesn't wipe out the cherry blossom season. And the summers in Nagoya are terrible! The free flyers are are great! The flyers advertising locations like Inuyama are great because you can use the photos from them in your spread instead of taking the time to print or draw your own.They work well if you're in a pinch.

I’m popping on here to share a something from last night. We went to our town’s historic theater to catch a movie, and my husband asked if I wanted the tickets for my journal, and I said yes and then I added, “I’ve finally made it.” He looked at me curiously, and I explained how your family saves bits of paper for you to use in your journal, and how it’s finally happening to me. I then went to select our seats while he got popcorn, and when he met me, he said, “I got you this,” and pulled a vinyl sticker for the theater out of his pocket and handed it to me. 🥰

Funny how my daily notebook, also being a collection of packaging and just mundane things I come across during the course of my day, winds up being focused on food!
