I felt pain when you pointed out the 4 asgore combos as gaster made me remember my PTSD when the combo first came out
Tbh, I mained SSS since he released in the april fools update and I do agree with some of these points while not agreeing with others. I agree the GCD are overkill, they could've given like energy blade standard cooldown and made it a high one due to how good of a tool it is, with the crazy hitbox, and super slam is incredibly inconsistent. When the box goes red, the person inside it should get grabbed, simple. It'd make it one of his best moves probably. However, he has ways of stalling for time VERY easily when using two attacks. Laser eyes and bombs. If you use laser eyes and then put the bombs around you, they can't approach you or they run the risk of tanking bomb damage, and those things do a lot when they hit. Of course the main problem is, again, range damage. However aside from that he'd probably be a fine character if Super Slam was fixed. I tend to do really well with him, even against good players, and I won't stop maining him, ever.
I have to point out the fact that the editing is really good! Every time you always make me laugh.

The thing about the old characters is that the main reason that they end up being bad is because they were based on old playstyles. For example, Sudden Changes used to be considered broken as hell when it came out, but now with pretty much any ranged or tanky set up he immediately dies.
Its more the fact he used to have basically 0 cooldown on bone trap making him only unhitable without a projectile while he spams bullets at you
Proving out more on why Sudden Changes and Gaster needs some kind of a "modern rework" to fit the rest.

Sudden changes rework:Just add an strong phase 2 for Like idk..hm..2435 wins
Sudden was broken cuz of the nearly no cd bone trap which basically just made him only hittable by range, which even then he had coffee to regen dodges, usually he outhealed what did anything to him
this is exactly why holy potion is a bad idea, it makes old characters unusable and they're forced to design new characters to counter it, if they counter it there's no chance for the chara team to win.
remember when no more deals knifes had a broken hit box? good times am i right?
I also remeber when you have to jump up to atleast hit seprhaim sans and it’s a 1% chance and his hitbox is broken good time

I'm glad i managed to do the krampus christmas event at least. Having only one event character that is the 2nd strongest is enough for me.

I played UJD when the Sudden Changes event was ongoing, and I got the badge.
Then, I nearly gave up on HM Insanity until I managed to beat him.
Failed on NMD, and then…
My account was BANNED from Roblox. I had 4,000+ wins, a reset, and two of the events.
Ever since then, I didn’t play UJD for so long.
But then I realised I missed so many event characters.
But I have now obtained back my reset, and even if I have no event characters to supply me…
I’ll ALWAYS have Geno, Red, and Sansposter to support me.
@@constellationmaker145 same thing happened to me but worse, i had gaster, sudden changes and hm insanity along with almost 6k wins and a reset + evo geno maxed and waterfall dust, to this day im on pc and i currently got 27k wins and a reset and almost all badges excluding rejuvination, pacifist, comic, hm insanity and sudden changes. i hope i can get atleast hm insanity and sudden changes back.

It's interesting that Comic Sans's bone wall blocks SS knives but not bullets, Unlike Tears in the rain which does block bullets.

I love how they needed to get an admin to help just for a chance to beat Reaper Chara while everyone is complaining about Reaper Chara being too weak.
How the actual heck is reaper chara weak 💀 reaper chara can negate holy pot, and is one of the characters that deal the best heavy damage. And you get three parry for every person you kill, literally overpowered

I remember I first started getting into the game just before hard mode insanity was released, then I got into another game and was addicted to it, I come back, finding out I missed out on hard mode insanity, who is my FAVOURITE SANS.
A while ago I was able to do my first reset, but the game got boring, because the only character I had was Evo Geno at his Geno evolution.
Even I did play to get the ice magic for the Christmas event, but I didn’t bother for the Halloween event. I was just too bored to try.

Look dude.. I think you finally found a insanity sans fan, my favorite character is insanity, and I wished if I knew the game when the event released
there are only 6 event badges i didn't get. 3/6 of the badges weren't my fault as i didn't play the game at the time, (gaster, sudden changes!sans, and hardmode insanity!sans) 2/6 of the badges were completely my fault for not getting because i was lazy to grind for them, (rejuvenation, phase 2 pacifist!sans) and the last badge was super science!sans. i have a very specific story for him because i feel like it was my fault not grinding for him but at the same time, it wasn't. basically what happened was about a week before the super science!sans event happened, i got caught grinding and teaming in a public server by an admin (which is against the rules) and lost all my wins except my reset. (roughly about 11500+ wins gone) so when the event came out i had no motivation to grind for it so i didn't even bother. but eventually i came back to the game a few months later and grinded 11000+ wins again :D so lesson kiddos: don't break the rules lol.

they need to buff sudden changes and gaster fr, besides the peeps who have the gaster and sudden changes badge find them as weak as glass, meanwhile sansta over here has been nerfed harshly, they can increase the win count for those characters if they are planning to heavily buff em, which I hope they do

The most fun part is, i never used seraphim, i still use gaster.
Day 1 of event characters always being broken as old 404, admin would proably have a much harder time if camp move was still working.
if reaper set got a seperate badge set for pppl with death badge and it was more powerful than asgore set it would probably stand a SMALL chance against rc because RC IS TOO POWERFUL

@@mihersk yes but not with gaster he’s trash when I started I really wanted to know how to get that one with the gun don’t remember his name rn but then when I realized he was an event character I was just like: oh we’ll never mind anyways don’t know why you want to be rude to new players some people (mostly trashy players who use op characters) get whooped by people with only 100-500 wins sometimes new players would probably only get sad if they missed an event badge or character like let’s say they didn’t get disbelief they would be sad but not just WAHHHH I DIDNT GET AN OG CHARACTER

I know gaster became kinda bad because of all updates game got... but I still remember when I started play and I got him he carried me to 250 wins at least before I change (as I remember it was even possible to kill people wth dt armor and dt soul). I still hope they will rework him and others event chars like sudden changes who became really trash. (Also dustdust release in few hours)
The thing about hardmode insanity is the head throw counters holy if you can actually HIT IT unlike seven eighths of the player base that even have hardmode
So that's why i thlammed someone once as hardmod

A few things to say for the badge characters, (except no mercy because i didn't beat him in time :C)
Gaster: 1:18 speaks for itself
Comic Sans: he can counter rushing pretty decently, as the blue bonewall also does damage since it has the blue property
Sudden Changes: Fun fact, if not rushed by counterpicks, you can stall the entire match by being a caffeine addict.
Sansta: I'm one of the people Traumatized by him as an Insanity combo pre-nerf. Is decent but also winnable on both sides, Presents is a Gamble, either buff them or damage them
NMD Chara: Using Reverse will copy any slash / knife attacks, idk if it copies golden flowers, a Damage Trade / Baiting Simulator
Pumpkin Sans: Gives Asgore combo's PTSD but also gets PTSD from Justice Combo. "III AM ON FIREEE"
Death: Due to his reputation, fighting him in public servers is in reality (90% of the time) 'Hide and Seek but i kill you immediately for trying to fight'
SSS: Has a devastating combo (Super slam, Energy Blade + bombs, laser eyes) after a little bit of time, Laser eyes has a bit of i-frames during it
Hardmode Insanity: Mobile players take lag damage from bloody shower, Bone cage bypasses holy, blood pool extends hitbox, and The heal lowers cooldowns temporarily too
Rejuvination: (Still waiting for phase heals)
Krampus: Tag but you're not allowed to move 2 meters from me, If krampus is smart, its a no fire challenge
Reaper Chara: Nobody uses them because of 3 reasons
1, they might not have wins needed
2, Literally nothing has beaten it and only range (justice / SS knives) have a chance
3, (Ahem) "If i can't fight it, what if i just..don't fight it at all!"
Pacifist p2: Show asgore combo's that their 1500 hp does not matters, and set it to 249
Your best bet honestly when it comes reaper chara is a full team of high buffed overwrites OR Determination Stick combo Beam.

You should've seen my face when the devs added pumpkin as part 2 of halloween. I was already annoyed on the fact on how annoying getting reaper chara map was and even pass that the death boss was just a death mark pain

Can you do a Mirrored Insanity vs. Hardmode Insanity Sans? One is 15 LV and 2500 wins and the other is a badge and 2111 wins. I think thats fairly close, they have what seems to be the same model and are both very powerful.
I remember the good ol days where gaster was amazing and could get you the win every time (in low wins server)
Death would be cool if his move that kills people was a ranged so the person closest to him inside the range would die I'd be one time use or just 2 uses

man, i remeber when gaster first joined the game. im pretty sure he was the first. the first badge character, i was such a fanboy for that game, but now? i barely play it. i miss those days where dusdust didn't exist, when unfairly overpowered characters were easier to beat. ah, the nostalgia.

I agree with most of the things in the video but there are two things that I disagree, the first one being that SSS is deadlier and stronger in the tier list, I think he is too low on your tierlist.
And the second one being the change of rejuvenation moving bonezones to the disbelief bonezone, I don't think it was unfair, it was one of the few attacks that needed a little bit of thinking to actually dodge, it wasn't really unfair and it wasn't that hard to dodge, I miss moving platforms, they were fun to dodge and even with orange soul and blasters they weren't much of a deal
But lag made it so it was impossible to dodge the bones

no more deals has had a huge fall from grace from what it used to be
what makes this more painful is the fact that reaper chara is one of my favorite "charas", i tried to do the event. as i counted: 75 TIMES, and i STILL couldint get it, and then i see reaper chara getting buffed 20 times.

After death's blaster fix I would honestly say he is either the second or third best, they hit so hard and can deal with campers easily
rejuvanation reminds me of revenge papyrus because he can use bone zone does 40 dmg per tick/second and when he does bone zone he can use rapid blasters or blasters + revenge papyrus got bone jumps while he uses bone zone he can camp to deal insane damage
