If anyone is listening to me... On 21st Feb 2024 my tata indigo xl timing belt broked...and in my state (tripura) tata indigo parts are not available that time. I went to the showroom service centre they told the valve's are bend then after one day they informed me tht the costing will be around ₹30-40k for repairing.. and today is 8th Mar 2024... Still its in the service centre waiting for the parts arrival.. TATA after sale service sucks in my state, and they looted too...₹30-40k for half engine🤬
Bhai dekho mere state mei bohot problem hota hai specially tata ki purani gaadiyon kaa cz parts bohot Kam milta hai orr Jo local mechanic bhi hai vo v ye sab gaadiyan kholne se katraati hai cz parts available nai hai... Maine 7 8 local mechanic se baat Kiya phir unlogne hii mereko bola ki bhai aap isko service centre le jaao best option hoga... Or local mechanic v meko 20-25k bol rhe the repairing ka costing.. abb kya karo Mai 10 15 din se gaadi service centre mei hii padi hai.. or itna ghatiya hai unka service... Orr bhai aap jo bol rhe ho nagpur aajao.. Mai north east se belong karta hoo vaha se parta laane ka or ek jhanjhat hai

You had to take the parts from another state and then get it repaired, he would have come to Nagpur in Maharashtra and got everything done in a day.
