It's been ages since I've found anything with good resale value at goodwill but I've found things with personal value that make me happy so it's still worth shopping there for me.
We actually have an original Godard. He was on a cruise that featured some artists. He gave a lecture where he created a piece while interacting with the audience. It was about the London Olympics. It was later auctioned and we purchased it! He even offered to personalize it for us. He is an incredible man. I do hope you get to meet him someday.

I’ve been addicted to sourcing for the past 6 years. I got so bad that I have more unlisted inventory than listed, so I finally stopped going sourcing until I make a huge dent in my death pile. No one ever talks about how addicting sourcing is. It’s more addicting than tobacco because I quit dipping cold turkey, but it’s taken me years to get to the point where I could quit sourcing.
Thank you for sharing this with us! It is addicting. I find getting out to be addicting when you feel alone at home. But that’s on me to learn to stick to the master plans: find great items to resell, be organized and have fun sharing my experiences. The organizing part is what I have kicking myself in the butt 😊
I think that yellow lion coin bank you put back is vintage! There are some on Etsy listed as Rare Vintage Lion Coin Bank for $43.00 Dollars. It has like a Lisa Larson vibe lol!
Interesting story behind the reason Michael Godard paints his olive pictures.... He was at a gallery in Edmonton Alberta in 2022....a fellow whose channel I follow is an artist & published a vlog (#160) about him ...if you do a search for him it will come up....all very interesting .... ...thanks for sharing all the goodies you found at the GW store. Oh, and PS....if you do find that vlog...be sure to watch to the very end...even after the "to be continued"..... Omgosh all you talented folks out there, make my heart happy!!!

Antique Cast Iron William Tell Shooting Apple Mechanical Piggy Bank Coin Box. Even the reproductions are selling for a lot it could’ve been just repainted
The tower was bent and would sit back in place and was missing the apple 🍎. Did you notice the arm move? I don’t catch that till now looking at it again in the video.
Husband and I went to Goodwill in pearlcity today. I came across a set of 4 pier 1 purple crackle stemless wine glasses. I googled them and they sell for approximately $50 each on ebay!. I got all 4 for $1.49 each. They are sitting in my salon and I have no idea what to do next?...😅
Ohh wow! I used to live in Pear City, apartments near Walmart. Acacia street. I gotta remember that location when we visit again. We’re planning May for H.S. graduations.
I've sure missed all of you and kari....maybe can listen some more when I get stronger and not so weak. Had covid, bacterial infection in right lung, thrush in throat, and severe copd flare up. At home on oxygen now. Prayers please as I want to get well . Thank you
I went thrifting yesterday, and found castanets in two different stores! And, someone's pig collection, which included a questionably posed pig phone. Yikes! 😀It did make me laugh, though!
