I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the World Massage Festival for granting me the incredible honor of delivering tonight's Keynote speech, where I had the opportunity to share my personal journey. Writing that speech was challenging, and reading it aloud was even more difficult, as I aimed to provide inspiration while openly discussing the obstacles I faced.
