I was actually finding out about his so Cool effects. Okay so your Mech Rugal has a Pilar with a huge skull but he can't almost be seen . How about if you tint that skull in Red?. Remember that this dude has Orochi 's Blood surge on his DNA and if it's a Cyborg he should share a couple stuff from the original. Sheesh I give this dude a 100/10 I swear I leave Mugen if this rugal isn't released... Dude it's awesome.
