❤Greetings-your videos have provided the exact remedies I need in order to process-integrate-heal and go 🎉 I was opened up by a counselor and yet what you have said is true-not having a firm grasp on a tool box of resources. (spinning) I went ahead and choose to study your channel to become better equipped ❤Bless you
Thank you so much for sharing this with me, and I’m really glad to hear that the videos have been helpful for you on your journey. It’s so important to have the right tools when processing and integrating trauma, and it’s great that you’ve taken the initiative to dive deeper into building that toolbox for yourself. It’s unfortunate that sometimes, even with the best intentions, we can be opened up emotionally without being given the necessary resources to ground ourselves afterward. I’m hopeful that with what you’re learning, you’ll feel more empowered and equipped to continue healing in a way that feels safe and supported. Take your time with the process, and I’m so grateful to be a part of your journey. If there are any specific topics or tools you’re looking to explore further, don’t hesitate to use my Ai: allceus.com/AskDocSnipes . Wishing you continued strength and healing!

I'm really sorry to hear that your doctor has triggered your traumas. It's important for healthcare providers to be trauma-informed.
