I’d go for the weapon if you want more damage that was my original plan just having Chasca at C1 R1 The main reason for C2 is the 65% damage bonus from her passive with just 2 elements and the versatility that this gives you. Plus C2 greatly increases her AoE (In situations with many enemies crowded together using 2 to 4 bullets is better than using all 6) So if you're running her with 2 elements instead of 3 (PECH) and want AoE, C2 is better than the weapon and gives a huge damage increase, as shown in the video.
C2 arlee is beast her normal attacks r best and c2r1 definetly increases her attack to 120 % that's massive boost, so if u want good and stable dps then arlee is best cuz she doesn't have any cool down for her normal attacks, i always ran her with different team combs, her best team combs r Bennett, xilonen and kazuha, other teams like u can use vape with xingqiu or yelan or furina, melt team like citlali is coming or overload team fischl or yae miko so lot of team combs all r poweful, u can run her solo

That happens when one of the teammates doesnt have a swirlable element aka geo or anemo.

Arlecchino, if ur talking about C6 Chasca vs C6 Arlecchino tho Chasca definitely has more dps overall.
