Simon and Kristina were unbelievable in this dance and it is still my favourite Argentine tango on Strictly. Sometimes the wrong music is chosen and the dance is ruined but not in this case, the music was ideal. Simon is one of the most underrated celebs ever to appear on the show. I think they should have won, for me they did,
I still come back to this - over four years after the event! Amazing choreography by Kristina and such a sensual performance. Simon Webbe is very talented and deserved better marks/recognition as this was brilliant from a male celebrity and is up there with the best!!
No way....Caroline' Salsa, Charleston and Showdance all far superior to this. For a start, the ending was mistimed here, and it wasn't nearly as technically difficult as other ATs that didn't get 40
This was one of the most memorable Strictly dances ever. Kristina was magnificent - smoulderingly sexy. Listening to the song and watching her gave me chills.The show will miss her.

Isn't it a pity that the Beeb refuse to reveal the scores, - even after a request under the freedom of information act. Strange attitude. I'm sure that it was a close result and I thought that these two were the most accomplished.
This got 40. Unfortunately he was in the year where one of the best contestants ever was in the competition Caroline who got a record 4 full house/40 scores.
My god....(sharp intake of breath)- so many people are going to hate hate hate me. But I think this was and is massively overrated. For me, he looks extremely rigid throughout, there is little detail in the arms and footwork, although he does capture a certain menace there is no seductive and sophisticated stalking motif here, his foot to hand section and the gauchos did not look natural or convincing at all to me and (personal preference since ATs are traditionally danced over a very confined circular or square space) I felt it covered too much of the floor. The 3 best Argentines I think there has ever been on the show was Jason Donovan (he acted the seductive stalker part better), Harry Judd (a more challenging routine) and Debbie Mcgee (who married the two things). This is entertaining and seemingly a crowd pleaser but it does not come close.... 8/10 at best.
