Thank you for explaining about Ethan. I had figured he was a teen who was tired of being filmed, but thought he was getting a little too good at hiding from the camera. It's not our business but I appreciate knowing where your oldest was 'hiding.' I also love hearing stories of how people meet!
Patrice, and Gil. This was fun...thanks for sharing, I was almost correct, I thought Gil had a Russian accent. You are the coolest couple , you blend well together, wishing you much happiness❤❤❤❤😊
❤😊. Thanks for sharing. I have lived in Florida All of my life and it gets really 🔥 hot. I hope that you guys enjoy your stay as long as you are in Florida. 😊
I love the ‘glass 1/2 full’ philosophy. I have family in NYC and visit them a lot. Many things in the city have gone downhill in the past few years and I hope it improves in the future, however the people in charge do not seem to be headed in that direction. But I still have hope! Bless your family and thanks for sharing with us.
Wow, thanks for this vlog!! In the earlier episodes, I seemed to remember four children, but then there were three. I thought perhaps I had been mistaken. So, thanks for clearing that up!! As for you, Gil, I always heard a slight accent, but could never place it. So, I just assumed you were Latino. What an interesting journey you have had!! You must speak at least four languages!! Gil, I totally agree with you about Cash Jordan, though I am horrified by the turn of events in NYC. As for me, there's no going back. It's a young person's town. And since I'm in my eighth decade, I am quite content to live in a more rural area. There is a line in the Gerry Rafferty song "Baker Street," the one with the beautiful sax solo in the intro. It perfectly sums up what I feel: "And then you'll settle down, in some quiet little town, and forget about everything." Peace and ❤❤❤ to you both and your family!! Chuck in Northern New England
Thanks, Chuck! We'd figured things may have gotten a bit confusing by now, so we were happy to clear things up. And Gil speaks 3 languages, since he didn't learn Lithuanian. Thanks for sharing, as always :)
@@totallyintegratedfamily Three languages are impressive, considering they are quite diverse. As an educator, I'm sure you know US schools did not do a great job teaching foreign languages in the past. I'm trying to resurrect my two years of high school French and I studied a year of Italian post-uni. I understand more of both than I can speak. Working alongside Spanish language speakers for twenty-five years in NYC enabled me to pick up words and phrases. After that time, I began a slow trek North, but then all the jobs I had were mostly with American-born folks. I did pick up a smattering of German and Portuguese along the way. I always found working with foreign-born people very stimulating and looked on it as a chance to learn some cultural facts and a few words in another language. Chuck
We lived in Wellington, Fl for 4 years, initially from Queens. We moved back after 4 years. We are now in NJ. Florida was too slow for us. Some NYers do stay.
Hello and afternoon from the UK, i love you all you have so much you both have the energy and love to give to all, God Bless you all and keep up the good work. Another thing if you could do some adventure driving videos within Florida/anywhere in the USA, also grocery shopping that would be great 💌

Ya, we’re starting to feel the heat 😅 Thanks!
How neat that you both grew up in more tropical settings. I grew up in the Miami area but wasn't near the beach
Yes, well Gil was near the beach growing up, but although my background is Caribbean, I grew up in the cold of Canada 😂
It was very nice getting to know you better.
😊
