I am in the "pre launch" and building anticipation for my launch. I post stories, posts, i set up an automatic welcome email when customers sign up to my email list to get updates, and discount for the first order. Updates on launch date yada yada. And honestly my email list looks kinda sad. I am very confident with my product, the look the brand iv'e created and people have reached out asking how they can get their hands on my product. So i don't get why my email subscriber is low low low. I have the automatic welcome to the community email that sends out through shopify. But how do i even get customers to sign up if i already offered incentives and still can't get a lot of email subs.
I can't fully answer without seeing your backend first. What I can say is I've had previous ULC Students who came into the program thinking they had it setup right, just to find out they didn't. #1 The value exchange has to make sense for your audience; some consumers don't care about sign up discounts so it'll take offering something else. #2 You need to reach an external audience (stories aren't for that) and use the value exchange as a reason to join your list. #3 Once they're on your list, it should be a FULL campaign, not one email/sms. Here’s a little advice try showing people using the candles, I checked out your brand the candles and branding is pretty cool but I can’t tell who would use this, so maybe find some influencers that hold your target audience and have them try out the candles to bring more awareness to your brand. People buy what they see other people bringing hype to. 😊I hope this helps
This is literally what i was just talking to my Marketing girl about and my husband lol Yes I think you are correct! The influencer hype is where it might be at other than putting out ads and going to networking events. I just launched so i am trying everything i can to get my brand out.
