nice tutorial, what kind of configuration should be applied to social media platforms like twitter, Facebook to validate this type of integration, i do believe from odoo side its clear, but unfortunately i cant access due to missing information how to configure them. is it possible to advise or to share related links

Question from your subscriber :-) Instagram business accounts can now have a custom form where customers can request products by entering their contact information. Would it be possible to transfer the customer information submitted by a customer on Instagram to ODOO CRM?
