Davinci Resolve uses the GPU for rendering as opposed to Premiere Pro and other editing software which uses the CPU. This means that Resolve can render a 1 hour video in about 10 minutes, probably less if you have an NVenc capable GPU from NVIDIA.
Adobe Premiere with the new NVENC implementation is quite a rapid one.. that or DaVinci resolve baumi have tried a demo 5 minutes 1080p footage and it finishes like less than a minute with a 1660ti
Hello Baumi i would recommend Davinci resolve ! Its great and FREE! And if you dont work with 4k 60fps you dont need the premium version! And ps. You export time can be faster depending what codec you export it as. And also what export settings!

so how about this for a dota but mode idea: dota but duo and legendary ability 1- you pick a hero. your hero does not have any ability from the start 2- every 5 or 10 minutes, you will buy an item from shop that will randomly give you 3 options to pick an ability from a random hero 3- you can then later get an ability that is a combination of the abilities that have gotten to that point. 4- there is also legendary ability which are just a buffed version of a normal ability of a hero those who have played hades know what im talking about when creating this you can even use responses for each hero to create the dialog between the two heroes whose abilities you are combining just like boons in hades it would be cool i guess

Baumi I would suggest buying filmora would be more cheaper or subbing it. Davinci is great suggestion but there is time limitation on it on the free and buying it is a bit costly.
Your export will depend a lot in your hardware. Nvidia cards are good for premiere, because they use Cuda. Filmora looks a very simple editing software and maybe it uses some hardware acceleration too. Very simple to use and with some good resources if you need more stuff.

Filmora has some pretty fast render times for 20 minute ish videos it rendered in roughly 15 minutes on a gtx 1660 of all things

Eyyy Baumi, not sure how good it is, but "Open Shot" is a free open source editing software, I think it's worth checking out.
