Ok, why are we not talking more about JK talking to Jimin about why he wanted to go back to Japan? I have NEVER seen JK talk to Jimin so intimately like that before. He didn’t care that they were recording or that staff was around. His voice was so gentle and sincere, while holding onto Jimin, I would have definitely thought they were in a romantic relationship. I stopped breathing during that scene. It really took me by surprise. I know JK loves Jimin, but I’ve never seen him like that in front of cameras. And yes, to me, that trumps the ear sucking. As a lesbian in her mid 30s, adoption was still pretty unpopular for gays when I was growing up in the 90s. That still didn’t stop me from wanting to have kids. Also, when the time comes that BTS is less popular and people aren’t stalking their private life they could adopt or have a surrogate without being married in Korea. I often thought when I saw Jikook moments that they were a couple. Then I don't think they were anymore. That doesn't mean that there is no more love, trust and support from the other person. As a lesbian in her mid 30s, adoption was still pretty unpopular for gays when I was growing up in the 90s. That still didn’t stop me from wanting to have kids. Also, when the time comes that BTS is less popular and people aren’t stalking their private life they could adopt or have a surrogate without being married in Korea. No one is saying it would be easy, but it could just be something they don’t talk about. Also they may be hoping things will change, clearly they still want to focus on touring and performing after enlistment. They have plenty of time for a family.

I have this vision of them advertising anonymously for surrogate(s). The surrogate must not know the identity of the couple who will claim the baby. All expenses plus a very generous payment will be made anonymously. They could study the background, education, credentials of each applicant and choose carefully. I often thought when I saw Jikook moments that they were a couple. Then I don't think they were anymore. That doesn't mean that there is no more love, trust and support from the other person. I think the last year has also brought back other feelings, especially for JK. at the beginning of episode 6 he seems very, very emotional. Two days alone in Tokyo before probably brought back a lot. Then I think it was made clear to him that he had to row back and he became a little more distant again.
