WIGUT to intensify UWI protest actions

The West Indies Group of University Teachers (WIGUT) begins a series of intensified protests at the UWI St. Augustine campus today, as their demands for salary increases remain unmet.
Speaking on The Morning Brew earlier today, WIGUT president Dr Indira Rampersad highlighted that two other UWI campuses have already received substantial raises and labelled the situation at the St. Augustine campus as unjust.
