I am old enough to remember when one of these places could have been the model home on a sales lot!.. lol The mobile homes then were made with so many charming accents and features you don't see today unless you purchase a more expensive mobile home. This home is a 1976 model and that year is when HUD required the mobile home industry to build homes according to the same standards as site built homes.
I love the more vintage model homes! I hate when people update them to look like a boring apartment. Lol

Good luck to Betty on her move. Nice place. You are always respectful when showing a new place. I like it when you mention aluminum wiring, and smells. I hope you'll alway describe the smells. For example if it's doggy or very flowery... I notice a lot of these older models have an angled kitchen wall. I really don't like that but I understand why they did it. Guess this is sold.
