Hi Nelly! I, even was a bit confused like you, but maybe i can explain 1. The first part that you got confused was when he was showing street scenes. Maybe he just wanted to show that even in regular streets of the Philippines, you can communicate easily 2. When he mentioned the Israelis - maybe because when there was a war in Israel and they needed assylum , the Philippines was one of the countries that opened its doors. And because we are a "catholic " country, thats why the Israelis easily adapted here. I can be wrong, but that is how i saw the video
Israel and filipinos uou can locate majority of them here in Toronto, the business establishments and the apartments and houses that most of israelis and filipino canadians are in the same zone area were they live happy and peacefully as well as with respect to each other. shalom! hooray! peace be in earth...

Filipinos has almost 100 plus dialects if you travel its countryside...although our main language is filipino/tagalog...english was just our added learned language...
In 2023 I went back home in our provinceto in the philippine...I was sooo...surprised when I heard the kids playing in our backyard speaking English to their playmates..I ask them where did they learned English,they said in school,TV and other reading materials books..actually when I was in elementary days we have a english subject too...
Am a filipino leave in western, when I was in university mostly of my book is American authors and moved to western is easily understood and no language barrier.

In the Philippines, there are lots of indigenous languages, but the term Filipino is used, at least, based on my personal research to give respect to all the languages & dialects within the country..Off the top of my head, I think there are 185 indigenous languages in The Philippines & a few thousand dialects,. The mistake comes from the fact that Tagalog is the most widely-spoken among those indigenous languages, likely because many historical figures spoke Tagalog within Philippine History. I already recommended to you in the past set aside a time at your convenient to watch “The God Culture” documentaries on RUclips about the ancient past of Philippines. It’s not 100% accurate description but give it a try and you decide for yourself if it carry some weights to it. Mind you, some videos were long but yeah just try they are thought provoking.
I have a grandson in the of 4 years old he know how to speek English,I ask my my grandson where he did learning English?he said in RUclips.but now my grandson is 10 years old is totally fluent speek English.

Solamente hasta decada setenta Estudiantes habla Espanol en Oraciones ahora jovenes habla palabra castillano pero no conoce esta palabra es Espaniol. 😄😃😀🇵🇭🇺🇸🇪🇸 Pero Chavacanos intiende vien en Oraciones Espaniol .
