Its 80% nutrition , the food you eat and 20% exercise. No matter how much you work out if your diet is crap its not gonna make much of a difference
1. Drink water lemon and chia seeds
2. Eat salads
3. Go to the gym, btw pregnant people CAN workout and do basically every workout, as long as your NOT doing back flips, front flips lol . I was told by my doctor and I'm a fit mother of 3 kids
4. Drink green tea at night for a good bowl movement in the morning.
5. DONT DIET those crash.
6. Drink so much water, eat, snack, eat, water. Water is everything.
7. Daily evening walks.
8. Avoid, chips, soda, bread, and start eating veggies, girl sit down watch TV with carrots and ranch. Or celery and peanut butter, its easy if you want to eat something late at night .or just drink water that will fill u up.

When I got pregnant with my first kid I was told to use ivory on my belly and all around, I never got stretch marks. And I have 4 kids. 😊

You guys are the best.... When i was pregnant i gained exactly 5 to 8 lbs so basically what i did was stayed away from the carbs sodas and other junk food and ate nothing but salads and fruits and walk around the park. I lost all that weight in about a couple of days. My next appointment was the following week (2 weeks) and at that appointment i was down to the weight i was supposed to be at till the time of my due date.

11:05 I think staying active is the best way to loose wait, I'm currently helping out a friend to loose weight and so I'm pushing him to not give up, not eat so much outside or greasy food and stick to just water so I'm eating salads and drinking lots of water to help motivate him and to let him know I'm with him in this and so we do stuff everyday to stay active make sure he's sweating it all off so we play soccer, go for jogs and tomorrow we're going bike riding to the beach and back home (Compton) so I think as long as you stay active and limit the calories, carbs and sugar I think you'll be good... Hope this helps I'm naturally fit and just trying to get muscles but just helping out a friend who was once fit but let himself loose after time and so he wants his body back so I'm gonna help him out with as much as I can

Nursing has so many benefits for not only the baby but mama also... it’s so good for your baby, mama loses weight, sometimes it causes you to get your period way later.. it’s just all around good 👍🏻

I had the same problem with my boy I gained so much weight I was 190 and I am 5” 2 I lost it after breastfeeding helped a lot also went to the gym after but I would suggest just not eating at night , I am having a girl and I gained the same weight but it was much slower and I have 0 stretch marks from her but I had previous stretch marks from my boy. Good luck it’s so hard not gain weight when you get cravings a lot just don’t over due 😌 but you look Amazon Des! Bless your family 👨👩👧👦👶🏻💙

I’ve also always been a petty small but once I got pregnant I gained so much weight towards the end my doctor would tell me to maintain at the end I weight around 180 but I’d say in the span of one month I went down to 144 I’d say it was mainly because of breastfeeding sadly it wasn’t so easy for me I’d always be in pain. My baby is a month and a half right now I got stretch marks everywhere but I’m not mad about it I’m still trying to see if there’s anything that can help reduce the look of them so if any mommy’s have any suggestions I’m open to it ☺️ nevertheless you look beautiful des loving the baby bump 💕
Lol I had the same thing happen to me. My doctor told me to cut down on juice and soda. Strictly water with every meal. I didn’t gain much weight after that. But girlllll you look great !!!! Happy everything went well ❤️
Awww girlie don’t feel bad. I get you were small before and you’re so lucky. But it’s so hard for some women. I’m a size 6, probably 150lbs, and I’m 7 weeks pregnant now. Starting weight.😩 So I’ve got to try super hard to not gain crazy weight. This is my 4th baby. My son is now a year and half. I am so happy we were blessed again bc we wanted these babies close!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 y’all look great btw! One day at a time and make healthy choices for the baby & each other.☺️

I love you guys so much, and I had a neighbor take some milk shakes to help her lose weight for her pregnancy you could look into if you want and her sons name was Dominic too it's actually a cute name . I hope this pregnancy goes extremely well for you guys. You look amazing Dez don't worry about your weight your not huge it's just you have to eat to keep up with the baby I was the same way but I didn't start showing until I was around 6-7 months pregnant
Hey Des for the stretch marks you can use Bio-Oil they sell it at Target, now and after pregnancy. Also after you give birth you should eat pineapple dipped in honey to help you loose all the baby water in your body. It's a deuretic. Ask your doctor if that's ok first but make sure it's ok if your breast feeding. It's a natural deuretic so I don't see why not. It's not really good much during pregnancy because you want to retain the water in the belly until it's time for birth. You could during pregnancy if you are super swollen. Aria was super funny when Legend was singing "dancing with a Stranger" by Sam Smith. She made believe she was sleeping. God bless your kids they are adorable. By the way you guy look great. Walking helps with exercise while your pregnant. Meantime enjoy your sleep as much as possible.

I just had my second baby boy 2 weeks ago and I lost my baby fat by breastfeeding honestly I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy as well. My babies are 21 months and 7 weeks apart

When I got pregnant with my first I was a size 1 now I’m a size 7 😭😭 You can do it girl just start from right now. I know being pregnant we feel like we gotta eat for the baby and the truth is that we over eat. If you gotta eat sweet stuff eat your favorite fruit an unlimited amount of it. Use that as a snack instead of other stuff. I’m saying this theoretically of course because like I said after 4 babies I went up about 4 sizes. 🤦♀️ Love your videos Im here from insta and you both make me laugh so much the love after the drama, that’s yalls hook
Des, when I was pregnant I was 250 pounds. Dr said my baby would be fat because I was fat and ate to much. I ended up at 265 pounds by the end of pregnancy and lost it by the time I got home from hospital my baby was so skinnie. I didnt eat or drink anything with sugar and I eat small meals threw out the day. You just have to stop all sugars. And walk. Your not fat, yea I see the diference but I also guarentee after birth you will loose it.
