@@nessaraquel let's not get started about the chat support lol , you talk to people that will answer you for something different than what you asked for , phone support just started couple months ago and you need to reach certain points to be able to call lol, imagine you work for a company that you cant reach out or talk to a supervisor if the chat support agent doesn't know what to do

yea, but you only get to use that filter (along with a few others) twice a day. but i think you can ‘earn’ more frequent uses of the filter the longer you drive and level up your driver’s account. also, when you use the filter it only lasts 180 min i believe

I was driving two days, and some how they closed my account for no apparent reason. How can I resolve this errors.
Can you pick an area to drive? Say like East Side, West Side, etc
