The HSV GenF GTS was a very tunable platform out of the box, this example has been taken to the next level utilising a big Garrett G57 turbocharger. C&A guys are legends. They helped me with my first mods on my first VF as a young guy who saved and finally got to afford his Holden v8. Helped me with all my dumb questions and are so knowledgable. If you're in Melb and want to mod your Holden, these blokes are the real deal.
Was fortunate enough to work with Holden and HSV for the day job back in the day. Can confirm. Zeta II was the best thing they ever did. Turbo is nuts for a street car. I love it!
heard and smelt the e85 before I seen this beast pull up at derrimut laundry mat...if I didn't know my cars it is still a sleeper....beauty to see in real life.
need more of these daily driven cars like this and the galant you had on recently. i don't understand all these people putting so much money into a car only to be driven once a month.
@@vongdong10 fuck that though. Its an hsv, collectors item. Keep it original or original to a point. No over the top shit cuz these things arent made anymore.
I think your missing the point. JDM is an entire car culture, including the likes of the RB26, the 2JZ and the Honda K series just to name a few.. being sold World Wide, and obviously there being more JDM cars than Barra enthusiasts.. of course JDM will “Dominate Motorsport” over the Barra. However the point sir, is value for money, of which the Barra, in Australia, and in my opinion is one of the best options. Disclaimers * I own a 1300hp Barra.. and I also own a ve3 LS3 Thankyou for your responses, Kind regards

Love the legit street builds like this, well done to all involved
It's comments like these that will ensure we keep featuring these cars 😛🤙
@@Low760 They could put 15" wheels all round and it would still have more then enough braking performance for any street driving or drag racing.
roll cages can be engineered, what are you smoking?@@Low760

Mint build. Some serious $$$ spent. Truely worth it!!!
The vf gts was the best car ever built in this country
Gtsr is far superior.
The GTS was better value for money.
2nd only to the mighty AU
Gtsr w1 is our flagship model mate
The phase 4 gt 600hp stock 10sec in 1972 ...to many bells and whistles for to much price...superchargers belong above a bonnet not hidden...
The drivability is awesome at that HP 😁👍
Nice build nothing like a turbo LSX motor you could pretty much battle anything in the world

Easy to understand, they have multiple cars. That isn't relevant to most people so I get what you're saying.
Me and my clubby LSA are jealous AF!! SICK CAR. 🎉 Mad lad.
would put my GTS to shame thats for sure
This is awesome , love the content
MMM GTS love it, like mine love it
Damn... 15's on the rear all week would make this a fkn Copper magnet😂.
Love seeing my colour 💋
Bit of me that nice wolf in sheeps clothing. Quality installation as well just looks like factory stuck that monster in there... 😎😎👊👊👍👍✌✌👌👌
Vf gts best hsv by far. Take this sweet rig to shockworks for a dialled suspension package
Camrys doing Camry things the world over. There’s a Facebook page for Camrys with fucked up bumpers and panels. Also a standard feature.

Thats tuff im trying to keep mine stock already drinks way too much fuel as it is

Fingg hell what is that thing
Faarrrrrrr. Very nice. Congrats to the owner. Boooohh
Is that what a Cadalac CT’S-V is or a Pontiac G-8 in the states. Looks Australian from pictures
its a HSV (holden special vehicle), 'similar' to a chev ss in the states, but not really.
It's basically a higher spec Chevy SS they ran an LSA engine from factory with many other upgraded parts.
Be GTS was the best
Sorry ve GTS is best
@@PaulApostolovski VF GTS is best
HSV. Special vehicles for special people 🥴
2400rpm on the highway....... yeh not a fan of that but nice car.
you could buy a house with whats in that
Couldn’t touch a 20k Barra
Barras are slow next to JDM..and the big V8s from what I see is Barras getting chopped
Sorry pardon me.. couldn’t touch an 80k barra
That's more like it!
@@langdonpalmer2014 you could spend 180 K on a Barra it's just not that good.jdm is donating motor sports..

Be even better if he replaced his faded tail lights...
glad mine stays in my garage and not parked in the sun , which causes this fading
What’s the size of that rear housing on the turbo?
