Andrea's voice comes through nicely in this tribute to Abba. I do not embrace the message of the song for I wish happiness and peace to all the Corrs and their loved ones. Thank you for the Music
On first listen it sounds odd after hearing the bigger voices sing it but this is in the flavour of the Corrs! She has a light, fine voice and did great on the song.
I love how simple she sung it...good job Andrea as for the beat it's ok for me.. its a tribute to ABBA since it's one of their family's favorite band esp.their parents who do covers.
Gra, Agnetha's voice was perfection I agree. However this is the best 'other' interpretation of this beautiful song. Andrea Corr sings it wonderfully. Just a lovely more easy going version than the original masterpiece. I've listened to other versions as I love this song and this is the best in my opinion. The problem with ABBA was that their songs were so damned good and their delivery of these songs so bloody brilliant they don't give other artists the chance to make an offering without people saying 'rubbish'. In this instance however, The Corrs have sung it in their own style without trying to copy the original delivery and arrangement and for this I applaud them.
Everything you said it true. However, Agnetha sang this with a passion unique to her history with ABBA and her original version will always be the winner.
Mike I appreciate your assessment and insightful comment of this song. It is not a simple song to sing and the words have strong meaning. I am an old man and I grew up on ABBA, Carpenters, Glen Campbell....how I miss those good old days.
WoW I was floored when I first heard this.was surprised in a good was. Andrea does have her own style of this song.not knocking it but the Ladies of AbbA much stronger voice but I do appreciate and Appluad Andrea for a Worthy version of this great song.
@SR031989No, it was never a single, It was covered for a Pete Waterman produced Abba tribute album sometime in the 90's, where you will also find Westlifes version of I have a dream.
I love The Corrs and Andrea, but this is like karaoke compared to Abba and Agnetha. I´m glad they did make this their own version not even trying to compete. If someone disagrees then just listen to Agnethas sound. If you still disagree then get a hearing aid. I mean Andrea is a good singer, but Agnetha is one of the best female voices ever.
@PopHorizonScanner Fair comment, and to be honest its nowhere near my favorite Corrs track. But to be fair it was done as part of a tribute album and is a Pete Waterman production job, so its quite likely the Corrs appear in voice only ( if indeed they are all on it ). However i uploaded it purely as a rare track that may have passed a lot of fans by.
This was from ABBAmania. The Corrs presence was Andrea's lead vocal which is actually quite good. At times, she was definitely channelling her inner Agnetha Falkstog. Less said about the production. Had this been like the Fleetwood Mac concept album where the Corrs were allowed to go & away & "do their thing" with tracks, we may have been presented with something absolutely gorgeous vocally (lead & harmonies) & instrumentally. What a waste !
I'm a fan of the Corrs but, if I had to pick my least favorite Corrs track, then this one would be it. They had a good track record with their covers, but this one didn't succeed. I find the production "muddy" and Andrea's vocals not at their best. To be fair, I wonder whether this can truly be called a Corrs tune, since I'm not certain how much creative control they had in making this recording. Having said that, it's certainly not "thumb down-able" by any means.
Love the Corrs but not a fan of this cover I'm afraid. As far as covers go, I prefer Dannii and Kylie Minogue's version and McFly's - who I also love. Nothing beats the original by Abba though.
This is atrocious. Love ABBA and love The Corrs but ye can't condone this. Whoever thought this was a good idea should have thought twice and in between the first thought and the second should have scrapped the two.
bad bad bad the worst ever Abba cover ! together with boy gorge 's voulez vous ! ridiculous , she sings it as if she was doing home work ! and what a ridiculous idea to change the lyrics !
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The best cover ...
I love the CoRrs especially Andrea's voice..
Love them all..
nobody can beat ABBAs version but I think they did a good job.I liked it
Hear the other Songs from The CORRS.
A great Band!
Good modern singing group & beautiful too.
Excellent version of the original
Now I can't stop listening!! I love the corrs esp.andrea's voice and delivery
Hermosa version al puro estilo de The Corrs te amo Caroline...💋❤💋❤!!!!!
I wish I could add it to my collection. A version very similar to the original but still beautiful.
No words, breathless
Andrea's voice comes through nicely in this tribute to Abba. I do not embrace the message of the song for I wish happiness and peace to all the Corrs and their loved ones. Thank you for the Music
The Corrs did an excellent job with this song!
Peggy Kirk try can remake some other but this one not really fits Andreas voice to sweet to this kind of lyrics
Beautiful cover..thanks for sharing..love it..
On first listen it sounds odd after hearing the bigger voices sing it but this is in the flavour of the Corrs! She has a light, fine voice and did great on the song.
Love this song, it has a very strong story behind it. Andrea sing i lt with her own style, lovely yet sad memory....It remind me the good old days.. .
Great Cover ; She has a very pretty voice; It's not always about the power & range or power rangers. There's a lot of green grass on that rock
Very, very good tribute.
Beautiful version
I love how simple she sung it...good job Andrea as for the beat it's ok for me.. its a tribute to ABBA since it's one of their family's favorite band esp.their parents who do covers.

Andrea Corr, beautiful voice, and prettier as soon she ages know like a fine wine. Yes, great tribute to the greatest band in the last half century.
Everything you said it true. However, Agnetha sang this with a passion unique to her history with ABBA and her original version will always be the winner.
@@davidarbesfeld6546 I agree, this song will forever belong to Agnetha.
Mike I appreciate your assessment and insightful comment of this song. It is not a simple song to sing and the words have strong meaning. I am an old man and I grew up on ABBA, Carpenters, Glen Campbell....how I miss those good old days.
You're right, the song that the corrs plays has a unique and different style from ABBA
Well done! Anyone who pays tribute to ABBA honors them by their humilty. Is is a sign of true greatness, when the great pays tribute to the great.
I'm a loser and I love this song 'cause it subsidies my pain and regret!
Best of the coors
Preciosa un delicia escucharla el alma se te llena de emociones y grandes recuerdos..
after the great ABBA difficult to THE CORRS plotted but are fully worthy of it to fulfill this masterpiece

It's Awesome!!!
WoW I was floored when I first heard this.was surprised in a good was. Andrea does have her own style of this song.not knocking it but the Ladies of AbbA much stronger voice but I do appreciate and Appluad Andrea for a Worthy version of this great song.

First time hear this version. Her voice very nice, but too sweet for this sad song
Да, да, да! Еще раз убедился, что перепеть Агнету Фельтскуг невозможно никому! Сколько попыток и все в молоко!
Beautiful. Very beautiful.
Très bon moment de musique !

I LOVE ANDREA CORR ! ANDREA IS THE BEST ! BEST MY LIVE !

Theymake even ABBA music listenable. The take that schlager touch away. Nice

Nice. Alway takes tenacity to try and cover Swedish perfection.
Yes ...

I think, this version is just o.k. I strongly preferred Laura Branigan's. Full of passion and power of the vocal and including the lyrics.
it would be pretier if corrs plays all their instruments with Irish elements
it has no power behind it but i think it has it own uniqueness to it but it
where was the rest of the band playing and the backing vocalists placed?
Why didn't they cover a Karen Carpenter song I'm pretty sure that would also be great.
when did they cover this song? and was it a single?

Andrea corr. Ta Shea go hain deas
Is cailín an-dathúil í Andrea, gan aon dabht!
What on earth is the bass player doing?
please ignore the electronic disco modern whatever beat it is :(
I'm quite disappointed by this. It's all a bit flat, the music and vocals. And I love The Corrs!
Compression is this song?Why?
Caroline Corrs 's drum is too much présent !!!
Andrea Corrs's voice is still the voice of Scotland
She's Irish
Love the Corrs but not a fan of this cover I'm afraid. As far as covers go, I prefer Dannii and Kylie Minogue's version and McFly's - who I also love. Nothing beats the original by Abba though.
Okay
:)
Excelent song, Great Band, bad cover. Why use more words? (just remember their Fleetwood Mac´s Dreams version)
AWFULLLLLL. I am suprised the Mail On Sunday has not given a free CD away with this.
So low key
This is atrocious. Love ABBA and love The Corrs but ye can't condone this. Whoever thought this was a good idea should have thought twice and in between the first thought and the second should have scrapped the two.
What's with the crappy dance beat?! :-/
I apologize
If it makes you feel sad
Headboy same thing ruins the original.
This is a poor imitation of the Agnetha & ABBA original. New York 2018
Ужас
Sucks so much, an insult to the orginal song.
The original version is superior. This is not very good
Amazing ... Congrelations...The Coors
Fairly average.
terrible.
bad bad bad the worst ever Abba cover ! together with boy gorge 's voulez vous !
ridiculous , she sings it as if she was doing home work !
and what a ridiculous idea to change the lyrics !
