Great new stuff, but I miss the old build-videos so much, the chaos and the everything is a tool were the best ingredients to an epic video. Would love to see some of those come back.
Canyon are really stepping up for their riders. Sam is definitely on a winner with them if they're willing to put in the effort like that. We all know when Sam is happy on his bike, we get to see epic videos. Loved Lewi's head shake on the 360 no hander, comedy gold timed just right. Sam's flips and transitioning through lines are so smooth. Epic slow motion is always good. I wonder if that tree realises it's now a celebrity tree for mountain bikers everywhere to try and ride up? Awesome!
Something that never gets mentioned in Sam's vids is the epic choice of music - especially during the "sloams". Props to Lewi or whoever selects the music.
I still love the story one of the riders told (I think it was Olly Wilkins) of all these professional riders eying one jump for a backflip, finally deciding that it could be done, then seeing Sam flipping it with a steering wheel. 😆

hi sam, been watching your vids recently and havnt seen many stairsets of doom, I live in Hampshire and when out on a ride near Winchester I went down a stairset of 333 continuous steps with 45 m of elevation down st Catherines hill. Its So Sick. there are tonnes of other natural features and about 3 minutes away are some massive dirt jumps that were famous in the early 2000s. there are cool vids of it on YT.
How does the electric shift lever feel in terms of getting in the way of an unfortunately sloppy grab? Does it seem up to some gnarly hand misplacements? Monumental all-in one set up, sick
Twisted Oaks is becoming one of the most loved bike parks in the UK especially if Sam and cards keep going there the The boys who built and maintain have made one epic place and I like. someone put bike companies looking after their rider sort of no sender yet lol
