FYI to those watching this video. I live in Los Angeles, and I had this done to me for my forward shoulders and forward head. It really is amazing that even with the first adjustment, you can really see the difference.

What would you do if they have a weak core or back the adjustment wouldn't hold for maybe a few days?

I’m very interested in this. Is this something that can be learned easily? I’ve tried everything and I really want to try this. The closest person to me is like a 2 or 3 hour drive /: how many sessions would somebody need? One or more?

Hi Katie. If you're interested in learning more visit meningealrelease.com/ If a friend is willing to learn this, they could learn it to do it on you. There is online training that goes through everything. Granted, experience doing the technique is important as well, but the developer of ABC is really good at training people with their new online course and using Skype or Facetime. You cannot treat yourself unfortunately. Someone else must do it on you. But it's not limited to chiropractors. It's very popular among the Amish as well. Sometimes a few treatments can make a big difference, but repetitive treatment is important. I too used to have to drive long distances of 2 hours to get treated. My suggestion is get some treatments even though it's a drive and see how you like it. They can easily treat you several times in one day if you put at least an hour in between treatments. You get more done that way and it makes the drive more worth it. Call Ali at ABC from the website I gave you or check out their pricing and see if you'd be interested. You don't have to be a healthcare provider.

Doc, can you help with Ankylosing Spondylitis? The rolled shoulders are very prominent with A.S. and head forward as well due to the fusing and inflammation.

Hi I believe thru the link I found 2 Dr. that is a hour drive from me and one of them is Allen Bonilla and Dr. Reynosa at Huntington Beach but from their yelp seems like the Dr. from Huntington Beach does ABC. I've seen a lot of Chiropractors and I believe they are mostly traditional. By looking at your video, I can tell this ABC adjustment is different and I hope it will help me. So Dr. what do you suggest thanks

I don't know which will be better. They seem to have equal training. Try the one you feel led to and get treated. Yes, ABC is way different.

Diverge your eyes on the before-and-after images, and you'll notice the only differences are the wrinkles in her shirt.

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  7 лет назад +11

That is not the only difference, but if you look at her chest, you'll notice her entire chest is raised vertically. That's why her shirt looks less wrinkled in the after. In fact, before people breathe in and breathe out when taking the photos is I'm looking for this effect...more wrinkles in the shirt before and less after. So I always have them tighten their shirt down so it's not wrinkled. Then when they breathe in the shirt often gets pulled up a little and when they relax, they slump thereby creating the wrinkled shirt effect. But after I treat them, the wrinkles are often much less in appearance. Her head is also slightly less forward in the after. I missed the whole chest rise thing until you mentioned the wrinkles. But now I see it plain as day. Thank you.

How is it a scam? You pay $60 for a session, and if you don't like it, you don't come back. Whose life is going to be ruined by $60?

    • @blindabinda1234

Why do you think this is a scam? He's aligning the first and second ribs which are called "bucket handle ribs" because they are supposed to move like the handle of a bucket when you breathe. If they are not aligned properly your lungs, diaphragm, shoulders and ribs don't move to accommodate the expanding lungs.

As someone who doesn't feel much benefit from conventional chiropractic care, I have to tell you ABC is something entirely different. My first few sessions I had a before and after photo taken of me, and the results of the photos spoke volumes. What they have you do is a deep breath in, and then let your body and shoulders relax and fall naturally both before and after, and when I did it the first time I was skeptical and wasn't really sure if I believed them. However, I went from feeling like I would fall forwards in the beginning to standing up straight and tall feeling like my body was totally aligned after. You feel your shoulders sitting back on their own and you can breath better.
I highly suggest you go to their website and look into it yourself, get a session even. I think you'll realize there's a lot more to it than meets the eye. I've yet to meet someone who has given ABC a chance and disliked it.
I do agree, that's a hard photo to see the benefits in. But I don't think Jeff had any ill intentions about it. The best photos are the before and after a full session.

@@Isaiah-ft5nx I've just started my treatment and after the first 3 sessions, I can feel the difference already. It's amazing! I was a huge sceptic at first but after session 2, I was sold on it. I'm a chef so my posture is horrible! Did my third session yesterday and my driving posture has improved. So has my sleeping, digestion, sitting, standing.
I agree with what you said, try it first before knocking it.

      Keep trolling.
This works, my first session helped reduce 60-70% of the pain I'd been feeling for 12+ yrs. Been doing abc for 8 months now and it's worth it.
