There was so much I missed that I wish I had for my expo coverage as well. I thought I had a pretty solid plan, but nope. I was really bummed that I couldn't record everything, but at the end of the day, even with a plan, there's a limit to how much a single person can handle. It was my very first Super Expo as well, so I was not ready for how packed it would be. I will try to be better next time. Great coverage man. Thank you for the shoutout as well!
LMAO while I was recording, everyone was referencing you, and I didn't realize who you were until we saw you at Tower Records recording for the Honeyworks collab there. But agree there were so many things to see and so little time to do stuff 🥹 I hope we all get to go to super expo again next year!

Yeah! There were a couple of scenes I saw in your video that I had ready in the clips I had (probably most obvious one I noticed was the holostars live, but you were deeper in than I was!) but yes definitely, the tickets were hard to get, and we weren't even aware of the kaigai server until we were at the con. Definitely want to do a video about what would have made the experience a lot easier. But yes hoping for the best next year! Hope we all get tickets again!

I know pretty limited Japanese, but enough to get by! I think by traveling standards, Japan is fairly easy to get around without knowing a lot of Japanese, because you can literally trust Google maps for directions and how to do things - and lots of the ticketing machines have English options. Since Japan has a lot of tourism, they actually have so much signage in English too. I actually have a video in the works to address things I wish I knew going into Holofes though! (I've been to JP twice before this trip though!)

Next year should have Advent and ReGloss too so I'm really considering it for that. Hololive has just blown me away over the last year+, and I'm so glad I fell into it.
Highly recommend it if you have the monetary means to do so! It's also around Cherry blossom season so lots of things to do both before and after the expo, but geeking out with the fans was definitely the highlight of the trip for me!
The tickets were actually so hard to get, maybe they'll move to a bigger place next time? Also it's right around Cherry blossom season so some of the prices were pretty up there too!
