That's dead and has a letter that leads you to varg then allows you to either side and help Varg or fuck over Varg and help the light one. both endings gives you a tactical AK but one has a Kobra sight foreward grip and laser sight. The other has a PSO sniper scope. Silencer and handguard. both of them got better magasin. Early it's a nice gun but you get shamans boomstick if you do his quest and you get better suit then free scientist suit. More or less just play every quest and continue the story and you get stuff.. I think you get a Exo suit for finishing the main quest.
