Ken Schrader and Ricky Rudd in the two Hendrick cars at Martinsville battling for the lead late in the race in the early 90's and taking each other out is a famous one as well.
And *that* is where multi car teams really started. Up until then, the train of thought was multi car teams don’t work. After that wreck (remember the look on Schrader’s face when he was interviewed), Rick sat down with the three teams and made it clear that it was one team, not three separate teams, and anyone who disagreed could leave right then and there.
I haven't watched Nascar in a long time. I do feel a bit of nostalgia watching these clips. But what really surprises me is that Biffle and Kenseth crash each other a lot.
I wouldn't exactlly count the Sauter/Crafton collision at Talladega. That was more Bodine bumping King into Sauter to wreck him.... That Phoenix one though...
Probably could add the Rick Ware Racing incident between Cody Ware and Jamie Davison during the Saturday portion (before the rainout) of the most recent race at Martinsville
Here's a few to add in the next one: Vickers and Kahne - Richmond 2011 Waltrip and Reutimann - Daytona 2011 Logano and Busch - Talladega 2011 Stenhouse and Bayne - California 2017 Rhodes, Enfinger, and Crafton - Daytona 2017 Note this next one I'm not sure if they were teammates at this point: Sadler and Wallace - Talladega 2015? I hope you create a second one. I love watching teammate crashes. It's always so awkward haha
Yo you ought to try a crash compilation where one car spins on the apron or at the top of the track, comes back in front of traffic and gets clobbered. That sort of "back across the racetrack" stuff
Ha, the only crash in this video i knew was keselowski and logano, earnhardt and johnson,Larson keselowski, stenhouse and edwards, and earnhardt and gordon. I learned a lot more from this video. :D
Dump your teammate causing him to wreck the car in front of him and get the win because of it. Being one of the cars to lose because of that is almost as bad as losing because someone wrecked you under caution.
Allmendinger and Kahne at Pocono in 2009 Tony Stewart and Bobby Labonte at Daytona in 2001 and Talladega in 2003 Coy Gibbs and Mike Mclaughlin at Talladega in 2002... just like the cup crash at Daytona in 2001 the 20 landed on top of the 18.
Multi car team madness started with Ken Schrader and a teammate of the Rick Hendrick team “getting together.” That’s the moment that multi car “teams” really became teams. Hendrick now insisted that all the cars were now truly teammates. Up until then, nascar people thought it was DETRIMENTAL to run more than one car. And a new era was born. Not for the better, I might add.
First, why do Ford teammates wreck each other so much? (You also forgot this year's Auto Club wreck with the Roush cars) Second, why are Bristol and Pocono so bad for teammates?
Thing's you never hear: "And an amazing job by John Wes Townley to avoid the wreck."
SuperNASCARrocks sadly, one could replace that name with Danica Patrick too.
Brad's trucks are magnets to each other
So are Sauter and Crafton
VLOGeneric's Rants But they are not teammates unless you meant Before 2016
Yes I'm talking about prior to 2016.
Though to be honest, Sauter and Crafton seem to crash together a lot even when they're not teammates.
BKR must be spending a mint in race trucks
They ceased after 2017 truck season.
BKR cars wreck alot together!
I plan to have one before the end of summer! Those are time consuming to record/edit, but I know they are fan favorites :)
They learned from the best!
no wonder he has to close his team

why do the 19 and the 29 hate each other so much goddamn
Think I know why Brad Keselowski Racing closed.
Well "we ride together we die together"
1:31 that's one of the only crashes that I can laugh at that includes my favorite driver
Oh God no! That’s a Teammate!!

8:24, my favorite NASCAR crash of all time
Booo you Joey did stuff but brad never did anything recently
NASCAR Jonathan
Ok
NASCAR Jonathan everyone hates Brad that's why he has picked a fight with half the sport
He used to, now hes fine, he doesnt do anythingnlike kyle larson
IKR I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THEY BOTH WREAKED
I LOVE HUGE CRASH AND BIG ONES
I knew the 2006 Talladega Finish would be on this one
Yo you ought to try a crash compilation where one car spins on the apron or at the top of the track, comes back in front of traffic and gets clobbered. That sort of "back across the racetrack" stuff
Maybe a video about people getting revenge/payback?
Grilmour I was thinking about that
King Kyle Busch If you subscribe to my channel I will subscribe
Grilmour make it happen
"It was the 22". "naa, you had a flat tire".
Ha, the only crash in this video i knew was keselowski and logano, earnhardt and johnson,Larson keselowski, stenhouse and edwards, and earnhardt and gordon. I learned a lot more from this video. :D
Shahzain Rana etfsinrt
3:10 triple kill
1:31every one thought it was Jimmie Johnson fault, Until it took ten years to realize that it was vickers lol
Oscar Tobar I don't think it was anyone's fault really. Vickers just pull out a split second too late

@@torpedozi1173 ok.
The 42 it’s not his victory lap yet but that’s a sick burn out

Tony Stewart and Bobby Labonte at Daytona in 2001 and Talladega in 2003
Coy Gibbs and Mike Mclaughlin at Talladega in 2002... just like the cup crash at Daytona in 2001 the 20 landed on top of the 18.
I was at the Brad/Joey crash race. It rained ALOT
Theriault crash looks a lot like Tony Roger's fatal crash. Like identical. Thank God for HANS device and SAFER barrier
The only wreck that Townley ever missed
With friends like tony Stewart, you don’t need enemies.
2006 dega still pisses me off to this day. 48 shouldve won it and swept dega that year
It’s not the first time Austin and Tyler crashed each other. It resulted to Austin getting Injured in Vegas.
Make a video about the best Short-track flips.
If you are making another, add the 2011 talladega spring race where Logano spun Kyle Busch making a big crash
He is your favorite racer
wrecking is racing
If Juniors car wouldn’t have been behind jimmies back end when they wreck Jimmie would’ve flipped those cars blew over when turned backwards
4:13 Can we talk about the 47 saving that??? He was dead sideways
I miss the caution clock
10:22 you can see he was knocked out
@Extraordinary ryan theriot.
Do Teammate Takeouts #3
Multi car team madness started with Ken Schrader and a teammate of the Rick Hendrick team “getting together.”
That’s the moment that multi car “teams” really became teams.
Hendrick now insisted that all the cars were now truly teammates.
Up until then, nascar people thought it was DETRIMENTAL to run more than one car.
And a new era was born. Not for the better, I might add.
Do sticking up for your teammates in Nascar
1:34 was when jr raced for DEI not hendrick
Correct, but both the 25 of Vickers and the 48 of Johnson are Hendrick cars.
What's up with the 19 and 29 trucks wrecking in to eachother
BKR wrecked each other 3 times this video, all of them were the 19 truck taking out the 29
First, why do Ford teammates wreck each other so much? (You also forgot this year's Auto Club wreck with the Roush cars)
Second, why are Bristol and Pocono so bad for teammates?
Do teammates crashes #3
Uhh, the third one wasn’t a teammate takeout.. Jr raced for DEI and Jimmie raced for Hendrick
Brian Vickers was a Hendrick car
I think you can now add Joey and Brad
Is he your favorite racer
what a.i system does the teammate use???
COLLATERAL DAMAGE
RIP EARS at 6:36 headphone wearers BEWARE
10:42 you can see he got hit into next week
Come on Brad!!
My favorite was Keselowski and Logano even though I like both.
Brad keslawski
best one was Stenhouse vs Edwards
Can I just say everyone says meats took out Johnson and Jr on purpose NOT TRUE he just wanted to work together
I meant to say mears but I realized it was Vickers my bad
Update: Daytona 500 2021 Team Penske lmao
King Kyle bush Kyle bush is a baby
dale and jimmie were not team mates at that time
Lat team crash on nascar
Alex Bowman will win the Daytona 500 under caution Hendrick Motorsports sweep 1 2 3 4 finish
😢
1:26 That wasn't a teammate wreck
Yes it was cause Vickers clipped Johnson
toyotas crashing is such a nice thing to see, especially top tier teams!
Still hate Toyota cause they aren't American eh? Grow up
Corey Miller lol those Toyotas are 100% made in America.
Waifu Wars Racing LOL They are designed and engineered in Japan, therefore they are foreign! Dumbass
+Corey Miller my American pride was lost when Trump was elected
wimpman94 Well then why don't you just move your unpatriotic ass to Japan. Don't like this country? Move out
