Times have changed but if l look at this Rig how much does it cost per day because the work ia so slow the hydrolik system' ia damaged or leaking everything has to stop
Looks like 5 min to make up and run the 1st joint and nearly 4 min to pull it. A moderately performing rig should be able to run/pull a stand in 2 - 3 min. This is a step backwards in productivity.

Give me the old days where you had the rough, tough physical side of the oilfield and it was much faster and exciting than this boring shit. Maybe a bunch of fat ass guys working out there now.
