    초코와 바닐라 색의 투톤으로 롤케이크를 만들었어요~
    살구잼만 얇게 발라 담백하고 폭신하고 쫄깃한 시트의 맛을 느낄 수 있어 좋더라구요~
    저는 살구잼을 사용했는데 좋아하시는 잼을 사용하셔도 좋을 것 같아요~^^
    잼을 바를때 부드러운 식감을 위해 저는 믹서기에 한번 갈아 사용했어요~
    시트가 2가지 색이라서 다른 특별한 장식이 없어도 색다르고 재미있는 모양인 것 같아요~

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 37.5cm x 25.4cm
    ▶재료
    달걀노른자 5개
    설탕 15g
    바닐라익스트랙 4g
    우유 70g
    식물성오일 40g
    박력분 80g
    옥수수전분 5g
    베이킹파우더 2g
    달걀흰자 5개
    설탕 85g
    코코아파우더 6g + 우유 15g
    살구잼
    ▶레시피
    1. 달걀노른자를 풀고 설탕, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 우유, 식물성 오일을 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 박력분, 옥수수전분, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 달걀흰자를 휘핑하다가 큰 거품이 올라오면 설탕을 3번에 나눠 넣고 휘핑해 부드럽게 뿔이 서는 머랭을 만들고 노른자 반죽에 조금 덜어 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 섞은 반죽을 머랭에 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽을 반으로 나누고 한곳에 코코아파우더와 우유 섞은 것을 넣고 섞어 초코 반죽을 만든다.
    5. 틀에 초코 반죽을 붓고 평평히 한 뒤 바닐라 반죽을 짤주머니에 담아 초코 반죽 위에 짜고 평평히 해 170도 예열된 오븐에서 25~27분 정도 굽는다.
    6. 오븐에서 꺼내 식힘망 위에 올려 15분 정도 식힌 뒤 뒤집어 유산지를 떼어낸다.
    7. 긴 옆면을 잘라내고 짧은 쪽 옆면은 비스듬히 자른다.
    8. 살구잼을 바르고 돌돌말고 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 굳힌다.

    5 Egg yolks
    15g Sugar
    4g Vanilla extract
    70g Milk
    40g Vegetable oil
    80g Cake flour
    5g Corn starch
    2g Baking powder
    5 Egg whites
    85g Sugar
    6g Cocoa powder + 15g Milk
    Apricot jam

    Chocolate Vanilla swiss roll cake recipe in english
    5 egg yolks and egg white separated
    4 tsp sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 3/4 tbsp milk
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    3/4 cup cake flour (can possibly use pancake mix or mix corn starch with flour)
    2 tsp corn starch
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    6 3/4 tbsp sugar
    1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp milk

    I love your videos, its very soothing and the food and process is amazing. I was inspired to start baking because of you. ☺️ For a beginner like me your recipe and steps are easy to follow. Would it also be possible for the ingredients to be converted by cup measurement in the description? For those that doesnt have complete tools or weighing scale to be exact like me 😅

      The problem with cups is that measuring by volume is quite inaccurate, especially with powdered stuff. If you want to start baking, I'd definitely recommend you get a scale, it's not expensive and it is definitely worth it.

    Yey! Loving the vegetable oil > butter. Butter is x10 much more expensive than vegetable oil so this is great when baking on a budget.

      Dohful try using plain Greek yogurt in place of the egg yolks and whipping cream in place of the egg whites

      kiite In this recipe you can. She whips the egg whites and adds sugar to make them fluffy and sweet, then adds them to the batter. You can do the same with whipping cream and it’ll have a similar effect and taste in the batter.

      I didn't try it but it looks like it didn't rise enough. It looks very hard and chewy. A swiss roll is supposed to be airy and fluffy.

      Anything you'd like. If using raspberry jam, I'd put through a sieve first, unless you're like me and don't mind the seeds. Could also use chocolate, whipped cream, Nutella, your heart's desire.

    Could someone tell me if cake flour is necessary or if it can be made with wheat flour or all purpose please, I want to make all the recipes but almost all say cake flour PLEASE 🥺🥺

      You can make a recipe with all purpose flour but with cake flour the cake will be softer. Also, there are ways to make cake flour at home-you should check it out!

      cake flour is just a special type of wheat flour with a lower gluten content! you can make a substitute: remove 2tbsp from 1 cup of AP flour and replace with 2 tbsp cornstarch

      차갑지 않고 실온 온도 정도로 사용하면 괜찮은 것 같아요~
      전분을 넣으면 시트가 쫄깃한 느낌을 느낄 수 있답니다~
