They are both winners. We got our guy, and the chargers got their guy. Bright future for both
Aladdin I would use the term winner loosely with Justin Herbt didnt he threw a game winning pick six to the Texans 💀
@@darnellwilliams8783 too bad the pick six was in garbage time we were already down double digits and we lose because of defense. It’s hard for a QB to do anything when the defense can’t get off the field and the opposing teams is chewing up clock. If you a casual just say that
@@darnellwilliams8783 how did burrow do against the jets ? Don’t worry I’ll wait 😝
@@masterchief2835 Oh so it was the defense that threw that horrible interception in the end zone before the half? Was it also the defense that failed to muster a TD pass against the Texans putrid defense when the game was within reach? Stop it, while the defense is to blame Herbert deserves just as much blame
@@suv3534 Cool 👍🏾
“I’m taking…Andre Iguodala!” - Max Kellerman probably
i spit my beer out
Random "thumbs up" pickup.
I believe burrow and Herbert are gonna be great for a long time burrow has that swag to him I’m happy the bengals got burrow I was hype we gonna boost that oline and and def and it’s a problem
You really can’t go wrong with Burrow or Herbert…just don’t say Tua because the Bengals and Chargers are heavily reliant on great QB play and when they play bad their teams tend to lose. As for Tua he can have a trash game like 150 yds 1 TD 2 INTs and still win due to having an elite defense. Burrow and Herbert have to carry their teams and be THE guy while Tua can just be A guy
Well said..
I see what your saying but you can’t compare the surrounding talent burrow and Herbert have compared to Tua on offense
Similar to Lamar benefiting from the Ravens elite system. This season alone, despite their injuries, Lamar has still had multiple straight up garbage games and the Ravens still won. Vs Chargers the Ravens defense manhandled and dominated Herbert while Lamar had a trash 60 rating and only 1 TD/ 2 INTs. Vs the Browns the Ravens defense yet again absolutely dominated the game shutting down Chubb n Browns elite run game while Lamar was absolutely horrendous throwing FOUR yes 4 pathetic INTs and his team still won. Lamar is most overrated QB in the league.
@@slimvickins5059 no one brought up lamar. Just proves you’re a hater lol
Where was the dolphins good d in the beginning of the year lol . Casual
How do they expect us to not take him without being biased when he has two LSU helmets lol at his house in the camera shot
They are both perfect fits for their teams
1. Burrow was on track to break records as well
2. Herbert’s OL HAS improved greatly while Burrows has not.
They got reshawn slater whose a star, you guys could’ve got penei sewell but chose chase it’s a win win but his O line could’ve got better
And the chargers have the 31st worst scoring defense. If herbert doesn't score every drive they lose. The Texans were 9-13 on third down. THE TEXANS!! The chargers scored on 5 of 8 drives against the Texans, and yet again Jared cook stops running a route and it leads to a pick six. Think it's the third time Jared cook has done it this year.
If I had to choose redraft knowing what I know now. It's still Herbert. Joe is proving why he was the unanimous #1 overall pick. Herbert shot out of a cannon his rookie season and has improved just like Burrow from that first season.
Not gonna play prisoner of the moment right off Burrows crazy stat game. Either way you slice it its impressive to put up that kinda yardage you just dont see it that often. Tip the cap to Burrow.
Herbert went from "sure to be bust" before the draft to rookie of the year if he didnt win that award still helluva season to top 10 fringe top 5 quarterback by year 2 right along with Burrow. Herbert has surpassed expectations immensely and now he has to meet or surpass those expectations continuously. If this is Herbert's floor I'm excited to see where his ceiling goes to same for Burrow. Both franchises are starving for a Championship
If either of these QBs cant bring their franchises a Championship I fear no QB will. Both franchises are starving for one and this has got to be the best chance for the next decade or so that these fan bases will get.
Joe Burrow because he been balling and making an impact with less. Herbert has more physical gifts but Burrow has it in between the ears and has the heart. Tua is definitely far down below those two and Tua will be a Baker Mayfield type talent
It’s Herbert and it’s not even close. Lemme bring up max and his “eye test”. When I watch Herbert he makes me take notice.
Mina is straight fire. Girl can spit football knowledge with the best of them.
I still think Burrow first. I think Herbert overall will become better. But either pick is great. Dolphins still made a huge mistake
Herbert agrees. Now hes stuck in Mahomes & the chiefs division his whole career
Bro we’re more than satisfied with Tua. Just because these other dudes are having more individual success in the league, doesn’t mean they made the wrong choice. Tua is an incredible leader, above everything, he’s an elite winner with the limited lineman and weapons he has.
@@jfireball123 y’all aren’t happy with tua😂 he’s literally the 3rd best QB in this class
@@jfireball123 ask the dolphins who they would take in a re draft their taking Herbert or burrow
@@guiseppejacobs2357 Who are you to speak on behalf of everyone lmao. Tua is winning us games, that’s all that matters. I understand how being a Celtics fan can be depressing, but no need to take it out online. 😂
Nope, as a Chiefs fan I’m looking forward to this upcoming game.
Burrow day one showed a different sense of clutch ability and mentality to wanna win football games.
We play Herbert twice a year and there’s not a lot of tape yet, but I would not take Herbert over Burrow.
And theres more tape of BURROW in the NFL? He missed half of last year dont forget.
Herbert > Mahomes
I would be happy with both these guys. Sorry Tua. One to consider is the best ability is availability. Herbert looks pretty dang resilient.
Give me Burrow all day, everyday, been ride or die with him since 2018
The answer is no.they are both good..but I just think Joe is showing a little more than Justin..my pick..J.B.
I am always happy to see MK to swagu
Really Did He Just Say Tuna Fish Is A Franchise Quarterback 🤣🤣🤣
They don’t watch film Tua has only 15 sacks worst o line no excuses . Judge this qbs in year 4
Burrow and Herbert are definitely the TOP 2. Jalen Hurts is number 3!
If u have a dirt team completely rebuilding I’d go burrow for the culture but if i got a semi good team or a great team im going justin without question
The fact is if the Bengals drafted Herbert instead of Burrow they won't be playing in the Super Bowl. Oh BTW, the Bengals will be using the Chargers locker room at SoFi in the Super Bowl while Herby is watching at home from his couch 🤣🤣
This is kinda like Marino vs Elway in the 1983 draft Elway went first and Marino went later on but you can’t go wrong with either
Herbert
Joey B no question
Mina Kimes.. Shut up.. Herbert's a stud but its Burrow.
Talent easily Herbert but if we are talking about game on the line Joe Burrow without hesitation
Herbert leads the league in 4th quarter comebacks and game winning drives. Chargers defense is to blame for a lot of the losses. 2nd worst scoring defense, and chargers are 2nd best scoring offense.
I’m taking joe 1st
Mina talking about the pass defenses we’ve played but failed to mention the slate of pass rushers we’ve played all year
Minas explanation = I think Herbert's cute.. She says Burrow beat backups.. Herbert just threw a pick 6 to backups and got destroyed. She left that out.. Herbert has 2 less picks than Burrow and fumbles a lot.. She's insane lol.. Make it make sense..
Herbert is just more talented than burrow and has had a better overall season they’re both amazing but I’d personally take Herbert, it also makes sense that you’d side w burrow since ur a Bengals fan
herbert has 1 fumble this season, burrow has 5…
Mike white and the jets ! Rest my case . Both are great but like she said you are just prisoner of the moment
@@stephenfoust4450 that was weeks ago. BURROW has lit it up since the. HERBIE GOT WORST. You should not be having those games against Texans backups at this point..
@@ottowalburgskates He had 2 in the Bengals game alone. They were just lucky enough to get them back..
Lets not forget burrow is doing this wity one of the worst o lines in the league
Acting like the chargers have the best o line. The whole right side of the line has been backups all season. I great LT reshawn slater and center linsley does not make this line amazing.
Burrow is from Ohio and is where he needs to be. I wouldn’t want Herbert for nothin.
@@AB-sm4sf maybe the browns will settle for Herbert
@@AB-sm4sf Joe Burrow will have better career stats, check back in 5 years.
Mina talking about bad Burrow takes when all I’ve heard all year is that Herbert was gonna win MVP and he’s better than Mahomes
Also talking about how Herbert broke records last year as if Joe wasn’t on pace to actually out perform Herbert before he got injured. I just wish these paid “professionals” would take more time to actually come up with something insightful to say
@@berserkgoat5815 You're literally and factually incorrect. In 11 games Burrow and Herbert were on pace in yards. But TD's Herbert had Burrow lapped. Burrow had13 total in 11 games. Burrow needed 15 more TDs in 5 games to break Baker's record of 27. Then 18 TD's in 5 to tie Herbert. And Herbert had 1 less start too at that point
@@AB-sm4sf Last year both Burrow and Herbert had bad O line.Herbert had Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. Burrow had Boyd and Tee Higgins who was a rookie.Mixon coz injured in the middle ,Uzomah got injured in second game or so.Herbert had awesome rookie year.Burrow's yards were comparable but had less TD.This year ,his O line is same as last year but has Chase and you see the difference.Give good O line to Burrow and see how he does.
@@AB-sm4sf I agree that Burrow may not have beaten TD record of Herbert but may have given him run for the money for yards.Burrow had to deal with Cleveland defense twice,Ravens and Steelers once. All 3 had great defense last year.He had to play Colts,Titans,Eagles which were decent. He would have played Giants,Cowboys ,Texans and got better records. We all know how trash was Cowboys defense last year.
I think people think Justin Herbert supposed to be a ride ride guy get all in your face demeanor supposed to be ugly looking that's not him still wise he's far off it better than a lot of quarterbacks has been drafted for the last five 10 years that's just my take see some people judging all girl and it's demeanor his attitude his killer like he gets it he he can go out there and he's in the trenches he's full of battle that don't make a quarterback quarterback put up numbers you win so I'm going with Herbert

I like how they ask this after Burrow threw for 525 yards and Hebert lost to the Texans. Timing is incredible.
Just shows how far ahead Herbert was before this lol. The answer is Herbert
Exactly. Mina was on point saying most of this discussion is built on prisoner of the moment takes after seeing Burrow throw for over 500 yards on Sunday.
Herbert assd out to backups on the Texans lol
@@CarsonPalmerFan Burrow assed out against the Bears…
@@CarsonPalmerFan what happen when they went head to head tho????
I love how people are undermining Burrow's performance against the "practice squad" Ravens even though Rodgers faced the same team and only threw 202 yards. If Rodgers had thrown 525 we'd be watching a First Take segment called "Is Aaron Rodgers the GOAT?"
Yep. Plus burrow threw for 400+ against them in their building earlier in the year. Those guys were not "practice squad"
Agreed. The bias is so ridiculous that it's laughable. Fraudgers gets to stat pad against the shitty bears and Lions for half the season, and he usually gets lucky playing weak teams. All we hear about though is how "accurate" and "talented" he is though. Burrow is playing in a tough division and is throwing 525 in year 2. The NFC North is an absolute joke. The AFC North is a buzzsaw.

@@AB-sm4sf nah I would take Burrow over Herbert simply because I know the chargers are a way better team then the Bengals. If you think different then just stop watching sports
@@tjrose9830
Offensively the Chargers put up numbers. The offense is 2nd in total TDs scored. Herbert and Offense isn't the problem. The Chargers defense is TERRIBLE. They give up 28pts per game (31st) and 52% 3rd down conversion rate allowed (dead last). 29th in run defense. Opponents hold ball/drain clock/then score. Only way they win is by shootout. It's a very volatile and inconsistent.
Did you see the Steelers make a crazy comeback? Bengals comeback? Browns drop 42 on them. Chiefs game in 4th then OT? How about offensive deficient Texans and Baltimore? The D just can't stop anyone. Give up 1st down after 1st down and salt the clock. It's Herbert having to try to win game at the end all the time. There is a reason why Herbert leads the league in 4th quarter comeback victories. They aren't all good for the Chargers
If you think the Chargers team as a whole is better then it's clear you aren't watching.
As a Chargers fan Im taking herbert. I don't blame Bengals fans going w Burrow either. Ofc we have our bias and both will be amazing franchise QBs for 15+ years
@@tjrose9830 Check the literal stats and you will see differently
@Bulbasaur Did you check any stat?
Herbert is good but Burrow is no scrub either. I would personally still take Burrow.
Herbert #1 easily. Mina is right. Stop being prisoners of the moment

I think Tua will have a nice career if Miami fully commits to him right now and build around his skill set they will be good for years.
If Tua gets traded and starts competing for a job then has to learn new offensive schemes then maybe gets traded again it’s pretty much over for him.
All franchise QBs but right now I’ll take Herbert.Joe burrow is awesome and I think Tua is awesome and I have always been a fan of tua since college
Both are amazing, but don’t understand why they are having this conversation now and not when they faced each other earlier this season.
They’re both gonna be great both teams need to fill gaps especially the Chargers defense that defense is an embarrassment they better draft wisely this year cause Hebert can only play like Superman so many times a year and let’s not pretend like bengals didn’t get blessed with Lamar getting hurt just gift wrapped that division to them not saying the bengals are bad but they would’ve been in the wild card chase if it wasn’t for that
I’m not sure that Lamar Jackson getting hurt would affect the Bengals directly. They blew out the Ravens in Baltimore in week 7, with Lamar Jackson
@@bwesttt3331 like I said bengals aren’t bad but Lamar going down made it a lot easier for them to get a home playoff game
That Asian chick just wanted to stay employed by disagreeing with those guys and continue earning easy money. Gtfooh
The two are close enough, so long as it is the Bengals drafting you gotta take the local kid. If Herbert were significantly better sure you want him. But Burrow is also a That Dude kind of player.
Both quarterbacks are insanely good, but I will take Herbert over Burrow.
If Joe burrow didn't get hurt last year they probably wouldn't have been able to draft Chase and this conversation probably wouldn't exist
The best QBs in history didn't have the biggest arm and talent. They all had IT.
Joe Burrow has IT. I just can't explain IT.
Put an N between IT then you can explain it
Mooshy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The IT is that mentality of greatness. Brady has IT. It’s the I’m the best decision this organization has ever made or no one on this field is better than me. Few have that mentality, your definitely correct.
@@fathersolace2661 nah I definitely do Brady = washed
Burrow does not have "IT".
@@MooshyPlays Burrow over Herbert with the game on the line. How many times from LSU to the Bengals does he have to show you that he's built different.
Bengals need to work on the offensive line this off season to keep Joe healthy or a repeat like David carr
Believe me, every Bengals fan knows this.
burrow is a brady type, and herbert is more of an athlete like a mahomes. Both are good for a variety of reasons
Burrow Justin and tua in that order
I'd take Herbert #1 over Burrow. He's more durable, WAY more talented, and he's playing for a FAR WORSE organization. Chargers are one of the more snakebit organizations in football. Bengals are just bad
"far worse organization"
How many playoffs game the bengals played in the last 10 years ?
@@bonjovidieubeniss9505 bro, they made the playoffs like 5 or 6 straight years with ANDY DALTON for Christ’s sake at qb lol. Even with a possible HoF qb in Philip rivers playing qb for the chargers, they still had some inexplicable bad years bruh

more durable? that injury happened because the OLINE was trash last season. He is comeback player of the year, Talent-wise I would take Burrow by an inch only.

Justin Herbert has a little more talent and skill than Joe Burrow but that doesn’t always equate to wins obviously look at Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers

Seriously he's a clown. Says herbert has the better arm strength, athletics, and ability to create plays, but burrow has "it factor." Maybe Marcus doesn't realize herbert has the most 4th quarter comebacks and game winning drives this season.
Herbert will win a Super Bowl first.
Burrow won't win one IMO
JUSTIN IS BETTER THAN JOE
The packers pick is more dumb when u realize they had hurts on the board
Justin Herbert I think would get a SB first
Let's break this down, Herbert has 200 more passing yards on about 90 more attempts, Herbert has 3 more tds and the same amount of ints. Herbert has 200 more rushing yards then burrow, and let's not act like k.allen and Mike Williams are scrubs. K.allen is a 1k yard receiver and a 5 time pro bowler. And mike Williams is very solid. They are missing a wr 3 tho. I think the biggest difference between these 2 teams are the defense and the oline. The chargers rank 2 worst in points allowed while the bengals rank 20th which explains the 90 more passing attempts (gotta pass when your defense can't stop a nosebleed) and the chargers rank 10th in oline play (according to pff) and the bengals are in 22nd place which would explain the 19 more sacks on burrow. Also running game would go to bengals though Ekeler is by far a better receiving threat. Overall I would take burrow but its not by much and both of them should be multi time pro bowlers with an mvp or 2 under their belt. I think the most important thing for whose seen as a better qb down the road is who has more team success which comes down to which organization can put better talent around their qb. Both have the potential to be in the HOF.
As a Chargers fan, 1) Herb 2) Burrow 3) Hurts 4) Tua 5) Love but I really respect anyone switching 1 and 2 because both will be great for 15 years. I do have a Chargers bias although I think both are extremely similar for talent and future potential
as a bears fan who has no horse in this race, id obviously take either one as my guy. But im taking Burrow, just watching him hes a little less physically talented than Herbert, but the accuracy on Burrow and just watching Burrow read and pick apart defenses hes just so good. Idk but from the looks of it Herbert may be another regular season kinda guy, I’m a chargers fan but rn it seems like burrow has something. idk but I see burrow winning more rings even if he only gets one
Same I’m a Chargers fan too and I think Herbert has special talents. Im glad he’s our QB and as long as they build right team around him he will have success. A lot of his numbers have come in extreme garbage time though. Burrow just has something else though. Burrow is more accurate and better touch than Herbert and still has an above average arm talent even if Herbert’s is “technically” stronger. Burrow also just has this same aura about him that I see in Brady and Rodgers. Not just the will to win. It’s like this cool calm and collected confidence combined with off the charts IQ from Brady and also this cocky swagger and play making ability like Rodgers. Even though I don’t want the Bengals to win I just trust that he’s going to get it done. He’s special.
