It is so hard! My daughter is 20 months old today, and I'm finally starting to feel better/more like myself. It's a journey of sanctification in Christ for sure!

My first is 19 months and I can say that the first 12 months was easily the hardest year of my life. Nothing can really prepare you for the ride that is postpartum. I’m now pregnant with my second and although it was planned I’m still terrified. Post partum was hard enough without a toddler in the mix.
I’m currently 12 weeks postpartum. I have a little baby girl who I adore. I totally relate to you I have my ups and downs. It’s nice to hear someone be honest about their journey. Motherhood is beautiful but at the same time very challenging. Sending you my prayers. 🙏🏻

I wish people would’ve talked more openly about postpartum after I had my son or even before so I knew what to possibly expect and I wouldn’t have felt so alone. I remember feeling so hopeless and helpless but I had no idea why. Thankfully my dr noticed and that’s when I was made aware of how “normal” postpartum actually is. I remember feeling so much guilt because I had longed for a baby following the stillbirth of my daughter 5 years prior so I would beat myself up thinking I shouldn’t be feeling sad or overwhelmed. Keep talking about it Jess because I promise you it’s helping more people than you can even imagine ❤
I missed your vlogs so much, its always calm and cozy so i find them very relaxing💕 Your cleaning/organizing videos are my go to when I'm cleaning my room ❤❤❤
Currently watching this while preparing my house for Friendsgiving 🥰✨ we don’t officially celebrate it in Costa Rica but I like to do a little something special with my family and friends 💛
