I quit social media on 31st December 2020 at 11:57 p.m. I feel a lot better now, have more time, but I got addicted to RUclips, for the past month I have uninstalled RUclips from my phone and I am watching RUclips only on my laptop and watching only the videos of the creators to whom I have subscribed. This was the best decision, I feel great after quitting social media.
@@Pheonixia i own an android device. yes technically you cannot uninstall but you can disable the app from settings. So the app will not be visible in the app section there by it creates resistance. Hope this helps.
To be honest I started this challenge from September2020 to April 2021 I didn't use any social media app except you tube but you tube only study and motivational video I did this because of you because you do so many challenges I get motivation from you to do this challenge and now I am watching this video and felling your lines so closely ... Right after the video i unistalled my facebook and instagram app Now whenever i open my phone my subconcious mind is automatically looking for the apps and few seconds later i realize i deleted them😁😁 This feels so good thank you. Making me realize how much time i wasted on it. Love your channel❤❤

I was addicted to fb few yrs ago.. at the same time insta also started growing ... I had got similar frustration as to why m I going through other people's content, stalking them unnecessarily... then first step which I took is, limited fb and insta to my own profile. I just used to upload new things and check my own profile... that started making me positive ... then gradually usage reduced and I deactivated both my accounts one day... after that I started using RUclips more and watched informative content, some good movies and good web series.. I found myself growing as an individual from there... this went on for almost 4 yrs... now after 4 yrs I reactivated both my Fb n insta accounts .. now even if I try they do not affect me atal.. all addiction is gone... Here I agree I replaced them with RUclips.. but RUclips is such a personality builder....

It's really a good challenge that you took. It's a form of digital detoxification. You can be inspiration for young generation as they are getting addicted to mobile, internet or other digital devices. Keep it up. Pl also take 10 days Vipassana meditation course. There you are completely away from all digital devices with absolutely no connection to the outer world. That way you see the inner world. I would suggest you to try that once.

After watching this video I never experienced this kind of things. But I have observed myself from childhood....during my schooling days I was very creative and sharp.But now a days I am not that much creative as like before and unwanted things always going on in my mind.And also my retaining or recall capacity reduced. May be due to excessive using of my smartphone. But now onwards I will surely limit my using of phone and try to do as like you did in this video. If possible, please make the videos about increasing memory power,retaining things for longer period of time and recalling capacity of brain.....Thanks.

And youtube 2 hours par ve lectures dekhna padta hai 😭
